Dear Lee, We are sorry to see your kids go. We had a great time playing and enjoying with your kids, as we are sure your kids too had a great time and learn a lot in last 6 months like Toilet training, drawing, writing, rhymes etc. We are glad to provide best in class Child care where we never heard from you any issue related to the childcare facility over the time that your kids enrolled with us. Rather we only had positive feedbacks and a great relationship as Parents and neighbours. We are sad to see that you had some issues related to Billing. All issues raised by you have been raised further to agency and appropriate resolution will be given to each one of them. We don't understand the reason why you are not picking the phone or come to see us in order to resolve any such issue. Your comment says that "Even stop at mutually agreed last day, yet still send you bill after for all kind of nonsense reason". We don't understand this either. We have not given you any bill after your child left. If there is any miscommunication, please rest assured now that you do not have any outstanding bill. Here also it would have been easier if you had talked to us directly. Once again, thanks for giving us an opportunity to address your issue on a public platform.
