We have been lucky enough to have our 2 children cared for at E&D Dee why. The educators are the best and genuinely caring. The staff are always happy to answer questions.<br>Thank you so much for all your care over the years, it means a lot to us that our children are looked after in a nurturing environment during such a special precious time.

We’ve had all of our 3 boys go through Explore and Develop Dee Why spanning over ten years. All staff are personable, caring and respectful and genuinely treat the children like they are their own. Highly recommend.

We've had an amazing experience with Explore & Develop Dee Why. Our son has made enormous progress during his time there. The educators are warm, caring and professional, and it's clear how much they genuinely care about the children. The centre is exceptionally well run, communication is great and the facilities are excellent. We're very grateful for everything the team has done for our son and would happily recommend the centre to other families on the Northern Beaches.

Fantastic daycare, great staff and safe place to send your kids. We were so happy with the progress our son made here and the support he received.

My daughter has been attending the Dee Why room (one of the 0-2yo rooms) 2 days a week for the last 15 months and we have been so happy with the care she has received. Seeing the relationships she’s made with the educators gives us so much comfort when we drop her off - she runs to them for a big hug when she arrives, and they are all so warm and loving (thank you Miss Bruna, Ligia, Yana, Alice, Anita and April!) We love the multiple daily room updates and pictures we get through their centre communication app and the longer monthly updates we get on her specifically. She’s developed so much in her time there - she will come out with things at home that we definitely didn’t teach her - and is so happy to attend everyday. Jenny and Scott, the owners, and Vanessa, the director, have also been great to deal with and are very involved and across what happens in the rooms. We’ve always found the communication from everyone to be excellent. It was our daughters last day today as we’ve moved away and I’m devastated she had to say goodbye! Our experience at E&D couldn’t have been better and we are so grateful - thank you!

It took a long time for our daughter to settle but the girls in Deewhy room been so caring with our daughter . As a first time mum and being pregnant at the same time , it was really hard for me to leave her , but the girls always updated me with pictures and I could call every time to feel reassured . Thank you so much Bruna , Alice and all the girls for taking care of our daughter we are so grateful . Zahra will miss you .

I have heard about all the great things about Explore & Develop at Dee Why from my close friends. I liked what I saw on orientation and decided to send my daughter twice a week at the start. Unfortunately my daughter struggled to adapt in new environment. She is mostly playing by herself. She was not eating properly She did not like the carers and did not like being touched by them. She was unwell every second day. I knew it’s not easy but I was hopeful she will get used to it, she is just little different than other kids. As usual, one day I received a call that my daughter is sick and she needs to be picked up. I managed to finish work early and went to pick her up. I usually call them on my way but I did not bother notifying that day. When I arrived I spoke with the team leader and I was told that she went for sleep. What I saw on that day broke my heart into millions pieces. My daughter was lying on the timber floor near the door to changing room with all wet clothes shaking and mumbling. She was not sleeping, she was cold and distressed. I instantly picked her up and thanked the team leader for looking after my daughter. I never complained to anyone despite seeing my daughter in unpleasant condition every time I went to pick her up at the end of the day. But That day was and will be the last at the centre for my daughter. I know there are some great carers , great management from the owners. Due to lack of staff during covid, they desperately recruited inexperienced staffs and some of them just could not do their job properly.

A great daycare with kind and professional staff. Great infrastructures. Our little one had a great start over there. We only left it after 8 months because we relocated otherwise we would have been happy for or child to stay. :)

Fantastic centre and one we can highly recommend after trying a few around the area!
