We couldn't be happier with our experience at Ekidna. From the very beginning, the educators have been so warm, caring, and welcoming, making my daughter feel safe, happy, and excited to attend each day. It's wonderful to see how much she has grown in confidence, learned new skills, and built meaningful friendships.<br>The staff genuinely care about every child and create such a nurturing, engaging environment. Communication with families is excellent, and it's reassuring to know she's in such capable and compassionate hands while we're at work.<br>We're so grateful for everything the team does each day and would highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to thrive.

Ekidna is a happy centre. My children both think very fondly of both the centre and the educators.<br>Vicky has brought a new sense of calm, and has a continuous improvement mindset - always welcoming parents feedback, which is incredibly positive.

We have a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old, and both are so happy and settled at Ekidna. We've been part of the centre since our eldest was 1, and it's been a really positive experience for our family.<br><br>Vicky is such a caring and engaged director. She's incredibly attentive, genuinely supportive, and always takes the time to connect with the children and spends alot of time outside with them or in the rooms. Every educator we've had has been kind, approachable, and has helped our girls feel safe and supported.<br><br>Our eldest went through a period of separation anxiety, and the team was wonderful during that time. They were patient, reassuring, and made such a difference with drop-offs and the morning transition always offering a cuddle and a special task for her to distract her.<br><br>We're also really impressed by the activities and learning experiences the children are involved in each day. They're engaging, fun, and thoughtfully designed to help the kids learn new skills and explore the world around them. It's lovely to see how much both of our girls enjoy going each day. I always look forward to the afternoon update in the app to see what fun things the girls have done that day

We absolutely love the team at Ekidna, which is why we chose this centre in the first place. It felt genuine, warm, safe and fun from the moment we first went on a tour.<br><br>My little one now jumps up and down in my arms with complete joy when I take them to daycare. Truly so grateful for the team and everything they do to make each day special.

Our 2 year old has been attending Ekidna now for 3 months and he absolutely loves it! The educators are so attentive, engaged and caring. The food always smells great when I'm at the centre and all of the staff are so nice. We couldn't be happier with choosing Ekidna and are so greatful!

Ekidna has been like an extended family to us over the past 2+ years. Our daughter attended from 11 months to 3 years old, and we are so sad to be leaving! The educators are truly exceptional and care for the children as if they were their own. A huge thank you to Vicky for leading such a warm, nurturing centre, you can feel the care and pride in everything they do. The centre is always clean, welcoming and full of engaging toys and enrichment activities. The food is fantastic too (thanks Di!) We couldn’t recommend Ekidna more highly and will miss the team dearly.

We transferred our daughter from another local daycare to Ekidna and it has genuinely been the best decision! The staff are phenomenal and in over a year we haven’t seen any classroom leadership turnover. This has resulted in my daughters developing strong bonds with both the carers and the children at the centre. My youngest in nursery waves farewell and runs off to play 😅 they are always looking for parent feedback and ways to improve their programs, we have been thoroughly impressed. Although some neighbouring centres might have flashier equipment, it’s the carers that make the difference for the kids and the experience they have. Their open ended imaginative and messy play is top notch, and as they move to prep school readiness comes into play without dominating the kids getting to be kids. Highly recommend Ekidna for both little ones and prep aged kids

Ekidna is a great centre. We have been really happy since starting there around a month ago. My son settled in quickly and the care and communication has been great. He loves going and drop offs have been super easy. Would recommend.

We have worked with Ekidna for some time now and have always been impressed with their centre. Clean, organised, well presented. We loved the educator's compassion, care and love for their kids. Great centre.
