I have been a part of Vision Family Day Care for over 7 years, starting when my daughter was just 2.5 years old. Over the years, she has grown up in the care of several wonderful educators within Vision, from her early years all the way through to after-school care. Each educator we came across was loving, responsible, and truly committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children. My daughter always felt happy and comfortable, and as a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. One person who truly stood out throughout this entire journey is Namita Pathak, the supervisor of Vision Family Day Care. Namita has been an incredible support system to me and my family. From the very beginning, she was approachable, kind, and always willing to listen and help whenever needed. Her understanding nature, patience, and dedication made a huge difference in our experience. My first daughter has been with Vision Day care service since 2020. Everyday morning,she is exciting and ready to go to Preethi Aunty. I enrolled my second daughter 6 months before. The service Nominated supervisor Namita very supportive and provide training for all the educators. We are comfortable to reach Namita regarding child's needs. Vision FDC service is another home for my daughters. My daughters thoroughly enjoying and learning everyday. All the educators in vision FDC service are well supportive of children's development needs. We are delighted with the service and we would highly recommend this service.

My Daughter has been attending Vision Fdc Service full time for the past years and words are not enough to say Thankyou to Namita for providing the dedicated educator Tanu Shangari for my daughter. I am overwhelmed with level of education and care my daughter receives each day . I travel 40-45 minutes each day just to bring my daughter to her day care and although it would be easier to move closer to home I just cannot imagine finding high quality care like this anywhere else. I highly recommend this service to all the readers and parents.

Randeep is such a loving and understanding person. The amount of effort and time she puts in daily activities for the kids is commendable. Our son has been going there for more than a year now and we couldn't be happier with our daycare choice. I have been recommended by my friend about Vision family daycare service. I visited one of the educators in my area and I was quite impressed by her communication and venue. After joining the service I could feel I am not working with an educator I am working with a team of highly educated professionals which is visible from the newsletter I receive on monthly basis, led by its nominated supervisor Namita Pathak. I am comfortable in approaching the service whenever it's needed and I see the service continuous communication and collaboration on any events or concerns, especially during the COVID, I was comfortable sending my child throughout the pandemic with the security of my child is in the secure hands. Amazing Educators with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to Randeep daycare . She really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. Vision Family Day Care Service a well known name in Sydney, I say. Because this is the first service I have ever seen which works in collaborative partnership with family and value parents input. Educator at Vision not the money minded rather the true early childhood educators. Who shows their excellent knowledge, skills, support, understanding, inclusivity to let young children learn and grow with the confidence. Highly cultured educators who respects diversity and help new parents like me to settled well into the new places with no worries of their little child. My first child born when I was just an student and I remember my conversation with the educator to just to give me flexibility in care if possible. My 6 month old child get hold by the another person who was sitting with the children and singing a song. She mentioned to educator "it's ok Vaishali" then she looked at me and said "Hi I am Namita and I am Nominated Supervisor of Vision" I was surprised to see her involvement with the children, educator, educator's family and with the new parents like me. Later I mentioned my name to her "I am Namita" we both smile and my journey begin with vision Family Day Care Service. My first child raised by Vaishali at RootyHill and second with two other educator at Parramatta and Wentworthville though I never felt that I have to compromise with the quality of the education and care. What an excellent service is Vision Family Day Care Service can be for parents like me. This is the service I learn all about Aboriginal people, acknowledgement and reconciliation, I learn the importance of teaching children to become more sustainable from day one. I wasn't sure about the care for my child once we move to other places with new educator , but I got convinced from my current educator as well as from Nominated Supervisor 'Namita' my name mate. How true they both were, I felt same warm and nurturing environment all three places. I always felt my child is at home and accessing the best education and care from the knowledgeable educator. Our son has been now going to Randeep from Vision Family Daycare since last Jan, I would definitely recommend her! She is very good and takes care of all the kids. Who runs this business? Seriously? It's not the teacher who's at wrong here its the owner! Rude, unprofessional and greedy I wouldn't recommend anyone come here after my experience!
