I would not recommend Aspire Early Education Cranbourne North based on our experience.<br><br>We observed our child on more than one occasion eating scraps from the ground, which was extremely concerning given she has a known milk allergy. Our child was also given dairy despite this allergy/intolerance, which caused significant distress and should not have occurred, ended up in emergency care and we were still charged for the recovery period with no sincere apologies or refund.<br><br>When we raised several concerns via email, phone calls, and meetings, we felt they were repeatedly dismissed. We did not feel we received an appropriate acknowledgment, apology, or resolution, and we were still charged for the full week despite raising these issues.<br><br>In addition, we are still being debited money four months after care ended, with no response to our attempts to contact them about this.<br><br>I also personally observed children sleeping in unsuitable areas, including one child asleep on toy steps with only a sheet covering them.<br><br>This was our family’s experience, and we hope management takes these concerns seriously to improve the safety and care provided to children attending, and the parents having to deal with the repercussions of this from the centre.

Both of my children attended this childcare, and they absolutely loved their time there. The educators were kind, caring, and genuinely invested in their wellbeing and development.<br>Knowing our children were being looked after so well gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to focus on our work with confidence.<br>We are very grateful for the wonderful care they received and would highly recommend this childcare to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for their children.

As a father, choosing the right childcare was one of the most important decisions for our family, and Aspire Cranbourne North has exceeded our expectations. The educators are caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. My child feels happy, safe, and excited to attend every day, which gives me great peace of mind. I couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. The management team is incredibly professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and well-organised environment for the children. Communication is always clear and timely, and it’s evident that a lot of thought and care goes into how the centre is run day-to-day.<br><br>The educators are absolutely wonderful. They are warm, attentive, and truly passionate about what they do. It’s clear they build strong, meaningful connections with the children, helping them feel comfortable, confident, and excited to learn.

Absolutely love aspire, always welcoming. Never had any issues. Staff are always approachable and helpful. Great with children.

I can see massive change in my kids daily activity , since they start going to Aspire Cranbourne North Kinder .. Staff is very friendly and all teachers are amazing at this place .. defiantly recommend this if you are living in cranbourne north , Aspire Crambourne North Kimder is the best choice.

My child has had a wonderful experience at Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten. The educators are caring, professional, and always make the children feel safe and supported. The centre is clean, well-organized, and provides great learning activities every day. My child has learned so many new skills and always comes home happy. Communication with parents is also excellent. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for quality childcare.
