We moved our 3-year-old and 1-year-old from another nearby centre to Tall Tree when they opened, and it has been the best decision for our family! The centre itself is incredibly spacious, with large, open areas where the children can freely learn, play, and explore to their hearts' content. What really stands out is the centre's nature-focused philosophy. Our kids are not only learning the basics but are also being introduced to essential life skills like composting. They even have a worm farm, which has been a fascinating hands-on learning experience for them. Recently, the kids were thrilled to watch chicks hatch and grow, and they’ve had the chance to explore a real honeycomb made by bees, which has sparked their curiosity about the natural world. These unique experiences are something we didn’t find at our previous centre. The educators at Tall Tree are genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows. Our kids have picked up on this energy, and the difference in their attitude towards going to daycare is remarkable. We used to struggle with meltdowns at drop-off, but now they eagerly run in, excited for the day ahead. It’s such a relief to know that our most precious little ones are in such caring and capable hands. The staff are not just fantastic—they go above and beyond to make every day special for the kids. Highly recommend this centre to anyone looking for a nurturing, engaging, and truly exceptional place for their children! Read more

In January 2012 the National Quality Framework (NQF) came into effect across Australia.
The purpose of the NQF is to improve and standardise the quality of child care through a
range of measures including better staff to child ratios, higher staff qualifications
and an assessment and rating system designed to promote continuous improvement.
Under the NQF child care services are assessed and rated against the National Quality Standards (NQS).
The NQS measures the quality of early childhood education and care in Australia. It will cover
most long day care, family day care, preschool/kindergarten and outside school hours care services.
Under these standards child care services will be assessed and rated against the
seven quality areas, 18 standards and 58 elements that make up the NQS.
