Our experience with Learning Ladder Childcare has been very positive. The tour was friendly and informative, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The educators in the room are warm, patient and supportive with the children. Director Ukti is approachable and very understanding. She manages the centre well and is always ready to help parents. The food provided is healthy and well taken care of. My 2.6 year old son needed time to adjust, but the staff supported him emotionally with great care and patience. Now he happily goes every day and has formed a strong bond with his teachers. We feel confident and at ease leaving our child in their care.

The environment was clean, well-organised, and clearly designed for different developmental stages.The staff explained routines, safety procedures, and learning programs clearly about incursions & excursions.The admin explained everything clearly and didn’t rush, which made the enrolment process feel straightforward and transparent.

Learning Ladders has been a wonderful experience for my child. The educators are warm, caring, and truly dedicated. The centre is clean, organised, and full of engaging activities. My child feels happy and supported every day. I am very grateful for the love and care they provide and would happily recommend this centre to other families. I wholeheartedly want to thank the educators—Amandeep, Satinder, Muskan, Nilupa, and Simran—for their dedicated care and the genuine love they have shown to my child.

My daughter is currently in kinder and I’m really grateful to the management and her teachers -Sangeetha, Sheetal and Qin. They’ve been wonderful educators and the learning activities they plan have genuinely helping my child grow and enjoy her time at kinder. Thank you for all that you do.
