She is kind, patient, caring and an absolutely wonderful teacher.<br><br>A big thank you to Chef Aman as well, who always cooks such yummy food for the children. My daughter always comes home saying, “Aman cooked yummy food for us!” We especially appreciate how careful and thoughtful he is with her allergies to dairy and eggs. Knowing that he takes her allergies seriously gives us so much peace of mind.<br><br>I would also like to thank Shivani and Navneet for always welcoming us with a beautiful smile, treating parents with kindness and respect, listening to us and communicating so well. We are extremely happy with this daycare centre. Sending my 11-month-old son was a big step for us, but the experience has been amazing from day one. He settled in very quickly, which shows how caring and supportive the educators are. The educators plan daily activities thoughtfully and always consider the weather, making sure the children enjoy outdoor play on suitable days. They take great care of every child’s eating and sleeping routines, which gives us real peace of mind as parents. One thing that truly stands out is the bond my child has developed with the educators. When I drop him off, he goes straight to them for a hug and cuddle, which clearly shows how comfortable and secure he feels in their care. It’s also wonderful to see that my child has built a lovely bond not only with the educators but also with the other children. Every time I pick him up, he is smiling and looks so happy, which means everything to us. The centre is excellent in every way — clean, well-organised, and very welcoming. My son has absolutely flourished! He has formed such a strong bond with the Educators, and it's clear that they genuinely care about his well-being and development. I have seen my baby going from an all day crying to a smiling at everyone. The staff always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and the rooms and grounds are so clean. The educators are fabulous and are always trying to find new ways to educate and keep the kids engaged. Highlights are their updates throughout the day on the app which provided a sense of relief in the initial days of him being away, and most importantly the customisation of food as per his nutritional requirements was another thing which impressed me. Our journey with Nido began when Bivan was just five months old, and from the very beginning, it truly became his second home. He attended full-time from a very early age and completed his full journey at Nido before starting school. The Nido staff are amazing, compassionate, and deeply caring. They didn’t just look after Bivan—they nurtured him, guided him, and helped shape the confident, smart, and happy little boy he is today. Bivan formed such a strong emotional bond with Nido that sometimes, on weekends, we had to take him there just to show him that Nido was closed. We would like to give our special heartfelt thanks to Shivani, Amy, and Richa and many others, Bivan talks about their names every single day. This alone shows the deep love, trust, and connection they built with him. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made an incredible difference in his early years.
