Our centres are built with open sightlines, glass doors and discreet viewing panels to support safe supervision. CCTV operates in key areas to assist leadership oversight.

We carefully screen every person who works at Harmony. We verify qualifications, check references, confirm Working with Children Checks and deliver full induction training before any educator begins.

Our bi-weekly seasonal menus are thoughtfully curated by our chefs and displayed on the kitchen noticeboard in each centre. They offer a variety of options that can be tailored to meet the individual needs of every child. We have collaborated with medical and paediatric nutrition experts to ensure our meals align with Nutrition Australia’s national guidelines, promoting healthy growth and development.

Traces of nuts can be extremely dangerous for children with allergies. Therefore, Harmony is a ‘NUT-FREE zone.’ If your child has other food allergies, please inform us so we can make the necessary accommodations. We strive to ensure your child feels comfortable and receives the foods that are best for them.

View your child’s individual learning journeys and provide educators with updates (Moments) so tailored learning can continue in the centre or home.

Our two to three year old studios are designed to support growing independence, curiosity and confidence in a calm, nurturing environment.

- Rest and sleep: We gently introduce rest and sleep routines, with quiet learning experiences offered for children who no longer require a daytime sleep.

- Mealtimes: Children are trusted to listen to their bodies, eating as much or as little as they need in a relaxed, supportive setting.

- Independent toileting: Educators support toileting with patience, dignity and respect, creating positive, unrushed experiences as independence develops.

- Creative experiences: Children have daily access to a range of open‑ended materials and resources to explore, create and express their ideas.

- Exploratory play: Large blocks of uninterrupted time allow children to explore, investigate and play across all learning spaces, supported by educators and peers.

Rest times: Children are supported to rest or sleep independently, with quiet learning options available to help them recharge for the afternoon.

Small group experiences: Throughout the day, children engage in music, movement, stories, physical play and games that build connection and learning.

Creative experiences: A variety of easily accessible materials and mediums invite children to explore, create and express their ideas.

Exploratory play: Extended periods of uninterrupted play allow children to plan, explore and inquire across all learning spaces, supported by educators and peers.
