My daughter started here at the beginning of the year when she was 4 years old. She moved from a daycare where she started as a baby, so that daycare was all she knew and she had such a great bond with the educators that looked after her since she was a baby. So moving to a new daycare (The Hive) has been a massive and difficult adjustment for her, but the staff at The Hive have been absolutely amazing! The educators went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe. All the love and patience that they gave her to settle in didn't go unnoticed. My daughter finally feels confident to build friendships and its all because the staff laid the foundation of a safe and loved environment for her. We are so thankful for the Hive; their professionalism and care for children is outstanding. Our children are thriving at the service and absolutely love attending. The facility is so well presented and clean with each room loaded with engaging resources and activities relevant to the age group. Our children love the outside spaces and multipurpose room too. Our kids also talk about the delicious and healthy meals provided. We really love the continuity of care provided to our children. Staffing is consistent and our children have been able to form safe and secure relationships with their educators which has really helped their confidence and strong sense of belonging. The Hive do an exceptional job of including parents and the community in the childrens’ learning; including Mother’s Day and Father’s Day breakfasts, Easter and book fairs. We love the real world learning the students get to experience from mini excursions in preschool, environmental education, hatching chicks, observing silkworms and tadpoles to recently, celebrating the Olympics and marking Science Week. The app is very helpful too with consistent communication on every aspect of daycare life including photos, events and finances. Any issues or concerns are always dealt with very quickly and effectively. The Hive Academy is a fantastic centre with excellent staff who genuinely care for children and understand the complexities of working while raising children. They are so supportive of families and the individualised care they give to both my children is so reassuring. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful centre. We have been apart of the The Hive Academy since they opened in 2021. We have always had such a positive experience and our 3 children absolutely love going to the centre. All the educators, administrator & director are beautiful, welcoming and love to chat about your children’s day/updating your children’s needs. Would highly recommend The Hive Academy to anybody. Will be very sad in January when my eldest leaves for big school as they have gone above and beyond to help prepare her for this transition. We love the Hive Team🫶

The Hive Academy is amazing, my daughter absolutely loves the teachers in her room and it’s clear they are amazing at their jobs because of how happy she always is when she’s there, I can’t fault this centre in any way. Plus the Assistant Director Caterina is so helpful and is always happy to answer any questions we have. My family and I love this centre and we wouldn’t want to take our daughter anywhere else!

When looking for a daycare to send our children, we instantly felt at ease with this daycare. They set the standards high, the staff are wonderful and really care about your child's individual growth and wellbeing. My kids love this centre and have learnt so much since attending. Couldn't recommend The Hive enough.

Have had a great consistent experience since my first started there in January 2022. Now have two children there and still recieving great care. Great facilitates, management and educators.

High quality centre! The Hive was amazing at welcoming my son and helping him transition from his old centre. The team were so accommodating and nice. Over the past year, I’ve seen him grow with the support of his teachers for his individual needs. He’s obsessed with the mud pit and the massive sandpit outside! So if you’re looking for a centre where you get greeted by a warm welcome at the door and want quality care for your child, I’d definitely recommend The Hive!

I am so thankful we have found The Hive Academy for our boys. I can honestly say I leave our boys knowing they are safe and well looked after. The Director and Educators are open to having meetings to discuss our boys and keep a fantastic line of communication when it comes to daily activities and challenges. Since our boys have started here they have absolutely thrived. I will never be able to thank the team enough for their commitment and dedication to our boys. From the bottom of our hearts thank you!!
