Lovely centre , beautiful educators Great communication between staff and families

We’ve had such a beautiful experience with the toddler room at this daycare. The educators are so warm, caring and attentive, it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. They take the time to get to know each child as an individual, which has really helped our little one feel safe, happy and confident. The activities are always engaging and thoughtfully planned, we love seeing how much our child is learning through play each day. The communication from the team is also fantastic, keeping us updated and involved. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing our child is in such a nurturing and supportive environment. We couldn’t be happier with the care provided and would highly recommend this centre to other families.

I can’t thank the teachers and management team here enough. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly welcoming and supportive, creating such a positive environment for both children and families. Communication is always open, honest, and professional, and they truly value feedback, continually making improvements where needed. My little man has come such a long way thanks to the care, encouragement, and dedication of the wonderful team. It’s clear they genuinely care about each child’s growth and wellbeing. I highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment

I’m very disappointed with our experience at this childcare centre. The director, Debbie, came across as extremely rude and dismissive when we raised concerns about an incident involving our child being bitten. We were given conflicting information, and when I spoke to my child, she clearly said another child bit her, however, we were told by Debbie that she had bitten herself, which is very concerning and hard to accept. We have also observed worrying practices at drop-off, including children appearing to be left unsupervised at times. On other occasions, children were spoken to harshly or yelled at for things like playing messily or not wearing a hat, which does not feel like an appropriate or supportive environment for young children. Overall, our experience has left us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the care and communication at this centre. I would not feel confident recommending it to other families.

It has been great coming in to pick up my son and having a chat to Debbie. She is always welcoming and friendly, easy to talk too. I see how crazy her day has been and it’s good to have that chat to her when I come in. Also good talking to Angelica an Erica my sons teachers. He also talks about Mr Finn and the fun they have in the sandpit. It’s good to see him recently have his Prep interview and pass with flying colours. I am very appreciative of the time my son has spent there over the last 18months. Even with the staff changes he has come out amazing and is ready for school.

Highly recommend this center, the educators are so amazing and helpful i have 2 babies under 2 in the center and they are always so great with my boys and helpful towards myself. The new director Debbie has be soo helpful with the paper work side and getting stuff updated. She is doing a fantastic job. Definitely a wonderful center and the educators are so incredible.

My children attended this daycare for a few years when it was still Play N Learn. It was an amazing daycare but the change in ownership and management has resulted in this daycare to go downhill. They have lost amazing educators due to this. It took me months of emails, most un-answered, to get back money that was owed to me and I only received this money after I had commented on a Facebook page.

Really gone downhill, the behaviours are awful and new management is dismissive.

After attending this daycare for an extended period, I can no longer recommend it due to ongoing concerns. Some educators appear to enforce inconsistent rules, creating confusion for both parents and children. Additionally, one educator speaks to the children in an aggressive manner, which is highly inappropriate in a childcare setting. The new director was unresponsive, taking days to address email, which raises questions about the overall management and commitment to communication. Given these experiences, I strongly advise parents to carefully consider alternative options that prioritise professionalism, consistency, and a nurturing environment for children.
