JELT has made the transition for our first little one starting daycare this year so smooth and comforting. Our little one had just turned two when he first started, and after just a few transitional weeks he settled in really well and bonded with Lead Educator Eloise so quickly. Her commitment and compassion made the transition for both of us as smooth as possible. The educators pay such close attention to each child's needs and interests, and over the last few months I have only positive feedback for the JELT team. Our little guy absolutely loves going to daycare and it helps so much to know that he feels comfortable and has a sense of belonging.

Thank you so much for giving the love and patience to our child in the past year. The educators worked really well with our external providers (our kid has special education needs) - they are always supportive, open and communicating.

Over the course of the last 5 years I’ve had all three of my children attend this centre. My youngest is now in the kinder room with Ashish. Roshini and the team of educators at this centre are great! All three of my kids developed such a good relationship with the staff, and the ones in school still look forward to coming with me to pick up my youngest so they can see everyone. Lots of different activities with the kids, and planned outings (tennis, park days, bike days, visits to Templestowe Valley Primary School, recycling and police car visits). The kids eat healthy, and are really well looked after. They enjoy the benefits of a smaller centre (when I had two children attending at the same time they could spend time together during the day even if they were in separate rooms, toddler/kinder etc.) and get personalised care.

I am so grateful for the wonderful experience my child has had at Early Learning Journey Templestowe. From the very beginning, the orientation process was handled with such warmth and care, which made a big difference after a negative experience at a previous centre. The staff were extremely welcoming and supportive, always making drop-offs easier. The team created a safe and nurturing environment, with consistent feedback, daily updates, and photos on StoryPark showing how happy and engaged my child was. The centre is very clean, with high-quality resources and toys suited to each developmental stage. The wide range of educational activities has allowed my child to grow and develop in their own way. The centre go above and beyond celebrating special events such as birthday for each child and offering opportunities such as bike education and excursion to the locals park. I feel very thankful for the genuine care, professionalism, and dedication of the staff. I couldn’t recommend Early Learning Journey Templestowe more highly.

My son has gone three different childcare centers in the past 4 years and Journey is the best one. Their staff are love, caring and professional, for examples, providing a wide range of incursion and excursion activities to support kids growth, very details on kids learning plan and report. My son loves going to Journey!
