The team at Journey are so warm and welcoming. From my very first enquiry, I felt at home and confident my kids would be happy here. We have been at the centre for over a year now and I am consistently impressed. One of the standout aspects of Journey, compared to other centres, is its small size. There are around a maximum of 45 children across three rooms on any given day, and often fewer than that. It genuinely feels homey rather than like a big, impersonal “shopping centre”. The team are also incredibly flexible with casual bookings, which makes a huge difference as working parents. That flexibility significantly reduces the stress that comes with the unpredictability of balancing work and family life.
