(4 stars-i never give 5 for anything as I believe there is always room for improvement!)<br><br>I highly recommend Ascolta Early Learning & Care. My youngest son currently attends, and all three of my children have been through the centre over the past six years.<br><br>As an Early Childhood Teacher (school-based) and a mum of three (now aged 7, 6 and 3), I have experienced Ascolta from both a professional and a parent perspective. Throughout that time, I have always felt that my views, opinions and concerns have been listened to and genuinely valued.<br><br>The educators are caring, approachable and truly take the time to get to know each child. My son absolutely loves cars, and the team noticed his interest, introducing monster trucks and Hot Wheels cars into the room. They even purchased a Hot Wheels track set, and he has been in heaven ever since! It is these thoughtful touches that show how much they care about the children and their individual interests.<br><br>The centre itself is beautiful, with bright, natural-light-filled rooms and engaging learning environments. Resources are regularly updated, and the room setups change often to keep children interested and excited to learn.<br><br>Both professionally and personally, I couldn't be happier with the care my children have received. My youngest finishes at the end of this year, and it will be a very sad goodbye after so many wonderful years at Ascolta. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for the care, support and love they have shown our family.

My kids have been attending Ascolta since 2022. The staff are lovely, the cook makes the best food and my kids love going to daycare.<br><br>The layout of the centre is beautiful and management are always willing to go above and beyond.<br><br>Highly recommend having a tour and seeing what they have to offer for you and your family.

The team are simply sensational with the kids, so warm and accomodating!<br>I would recommend to every family!

My niece used to love going to Ascolta! The staff are so warm and caring, they really took the time to understand her personality and needs. Thank you to the whole Ascolta team for making her early years so special!

I am so saddened to have to warn others about this service. We so badly did not want to have to pull our daughter out but the safety issues, unexplained injuries, lack of supervision, sunburn and extreme staff turnover were not things we could excuse anymore. We were so understanding for so long, and unfortunately that was to our detriment.

It started really good and then they just stop carrying definitely would not recommend

My granddaughter has been going to Ascolta since October last year I find they are very caring kind ladies . My Granddaughter who is 3 loves going on Fridays now I am going to book her in for a second day.

The girls here really go above and beyond and work with you to support you and your children. I am so grateful to have them as a part of our extended family and our children are just flourishing in their care. They always have an open door policy if we have any concerns and are so prompt in implementing anything required.

Response to comment at bottom of review! Absolutely awful experience. It was my child’s first time in daycare and the carers kept calling me to pick him up ‘because it’s too hard to change other kids nappies when your kid is crying’, he never stayed a full day because they kept calling me. My child would cry and cling to me at drop off and the carers would just walk past and ignore us without offering help. When speaking to the center manager I said ‘I feel like no one cares that he’s struggling’ her response was ‘Do NOT think about Ascolta that way’. Didn’t care to ask why I feel that way or look in to the issues. We received no support and no help. If this is what was going on in front of me, I’m horrified to think what happened when I was gone. Have since gone to another center and it is a completely different experience. I would rate them zero if I could. Editing to respond to comment: we were most definitely enrolled, I still have my enrollment pack. I don’t intend on providing more details as my review is solely to warn others, also as mentioned below I did speak directly to the manager and I got scolded for speaking openly. Also it’s kind of convenient that you “can’t find the accounts” for every bad review you get but can find the good ones?? Dont paint me out to be a liar, it’s not a good look for your company.
