Where do i start!. Absolutely beautiful bunch of ladies who you can tell love their jobs aswell as all the kids. They are so friendly, caring and attentive. Both my girls have been going here for over 2 years now, fulltime. My youngest started there at 8 weeks old and while you worry if that was too early, they are quick to set your mind at ease. My oldest is in school now so its my youngest that goes everyday. She has the best time!. Eats soooo much food and is now even learning toilet training with the girls. She has such a good relationship with all the ladies. Nash is the amazing chief and beautiful soul who makes healthy and yummy food for all the kids everyday. I love walking in to the smells. Deb is honestly the greatest center manager we have come across anywhere. She is so friendly and has a beautiful and calming nature to her!. Both my girls love their daily stickers and apples they get from deb at pick up🤣<br>Big shout out to Ash - she is always so friendly and gives us incredible detail about how my daughter was. (Sorry she terrorises you sometimes too🤣<br>Also shout out to the girl in baby room with dark curly hair, the other young one with long dark hair and the couple of nice blonde girls. (Im sorry im bad with names)<br>You are always so friendly and my girls adore you all.<br>Thankyou to this wonderful team 🫶

My experience at the daycare has been amazing. The educators are caring, friendly. My daughter has settled in really well and looks forward to going everyday.<br>Nashreen, the cook also does an amazing job preparing fresh, delicious and nutritious food for the children. She looks forward to her food everyday.<br>It’s lovely to know that she is looked after well. I would definitely recommend this daycare to other families.

I can’t recommend Ascolta Southern River high enough, we have had our oldest attend for the past 4 years and have now had our newest commence full time.<br><br>Yes we have had some challenges over the years but the intent of the centre, the consistent open communication with (not just) Kristy, Deb and Shannon has allowed us to have comfort with the care, support and development our children receive.<br><br>We are very happy to have the team at Acosta Southern River as a part of our village.

My youngest son currently attends, and all three of my children have been through the centre over the past six years.<br><br>As an Early Childhood Teacher (school-based) and a mum of three (now aged 7, 6 and 3), I have experienced Ascolta from both a professional and a parent perspective. Throughout that time, I have always felt that my views, opinions and concerns have been listened to and genuinely valued.<br><br>The educators are caring, approachable and truly take the time to get to know each child. My son absolutely loves cars, and the team noticed his interest, introducing monster trucks and Hot Wheels cars into the room. They even purchased a Hot Wheels track set, and he has been in heaven ever since! It is these thoughtful touches that show how much they care about the children and their individual interests.<br><br>The centre itself is beautiful, with bright, natural-light-filled rooms and engaging learning environments. Resources are regularly updated, and the room setups change often to keep children interested and excited to learn.<br><br>Both professionally and personally, I couldn't be happier with the care my children have received. My youngest finishes at the end of this year, and it will be a very sad goodbye after so many wonderful years at Ascolta. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team for the care, support and love they have shown our family.

My kids have been attending Ascolta since 2022. The staff are lovely, the cook makes the best food and my kids love going to daycare.<br><br>The layout of the centre is beautiful and management are always willing to go above and beyond.<br><br>Highly recommend having a tour and seeing what they have to offer for you and your family.

The team are simply sensational with the kids, so warm and accomodating!<br>I would recommend to every family!

My niece used to love going to Ascolta! The staff are so warm and caring, they really took the time to understand her personality and needs. Thank you to the whole Ascolta team for making her early years so special!

I am so saddened to have to warn others about this service. We so badly did not want to have to pull our daughter out but the safety issues, unexplained injuries, lack of supervision, sunburn and extreme staff turnover were not things we could excuse anymore. We were so understanding for so long, and unfortunately that was to our detriment.

It started really good and then they just stop carrying definitely would not recommend
