We are so sad to be saying goodbye to such a wonderful daycare as my son finishes up before our move and full time school next year.<br><br>My son has been so happy here, and it has been such a comforting feeling knowing he was going somewhere he felt safe, cared for and genuinely loved. The educators have always been so warm, patient and supportive and we’ve loved seeing the relationships he has built with them during his time here.<br><br>Thank you to everyone who has played a part in my sons time at the centre and for all the care you’ve given him. We’re incredibly grateful for the memories he has made and everything you’ve done to help him learn, grow and become more confident.<br><br>We’ll definitely miss you all and would happily recommend the centre to other families.

Sagewood Success offers a variety of learning opportunities for my grandchild and I am very impressed with the service. Storypark showcases experiences being offered and my grandchild always appears to be engaging with the educators and the activities. My grandchild has been supported in her gross motor skills such as walking and with her language development such as signing. My grandchild loves movement, dancing and singing and it is pleasing to see these activities offered routinely.

We couldn't be happier with Sagewood. From day one, the team made us feel welcome and supported.<br><br>As a parent of a child with additional needs, finding the right centre was a big concern, but the educators have been absolutely amazing. They took the time to learn his care needs, helped him feel safe and settled, and have supported his development every step of the way.<br><br>Knowing he is so well cared for and genuinely loves being there gives me such peace of mind. Sagewood has been a wonderful fit for our family, and I would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring, inclusive, and supportive childcare centre.

We looked at quite a few daycares before choosing Sagewood Success, and it stood out from the start.<br><br>The staff are what make it so special. Every educator is genuinely caring, welcoming and so invested in the children. Knowing our daughter is in such safe and loving hands gives us so much peace of mind.<br><br>The funniest part was recently chatting to another mum about how much we love our daycare and how amazing the staff are. Before I even said the name, she asked, “Is it Sagewood Success?” I think that says everything about the reputation they’ve built.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with our choice and would recommend Sagewood Success to anyone looking for a daycare.

We joined Sagewood this year and we just love it. The staff are so warm and welcoming, the centre is bright and clean, and playground is the best ive seen. My favourite thing is seeing the activities that my child gets to do and how much she is learning whilst having fun. Highly recommend!!

We have had such a wonderful experience at Sagewood Success over the years with both of our children, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. One of our children still attends, and it truly feels like a second home for our family. The educators are so caring, supportive and encouraging, always making the children feel safe, valued and confident to learn and grow. They go above and beyond to build genuine relationships not only with the children, but with parents too.

I’m grateful to have found such a nurturing and caring daycare for my son. It truly shows in so many ways. He had a hard time adjusting to his first daycare, but since starting at Sagewood, all my worries have disappeared. The transition period went really well. Seeing him happy and confidently going to his educators reassures me that we made the right choice.

***Important note for families*** I would probably reconsider enrolling in this centre, and if you are currently enrolled, I strongly suggest you pay close attention to your CAS statements and all of their policies. I used to love this centre when Mel, Rachel and Tammy were there. Since the new manager commenced, the centre’s management has been poorly handled in my experience, creating unnecessary difficulty in resolving issues. After I was unable to resolve the issues with the manager, the owner took over handling the matter. However, the situation deteriorated further rather than being resolved. They have not acknowledged mistakes or offered an apology, which has caused significant stress and frustration. This experience, particularly trying to recover funds that are rightfully my account credit, has been extremely difficult. Chronological summary of issues 1. October 2025 – Submitted a re-enrolment form with an end date of 30 January 2026. 2. January 27, 2026 – Noticed my child still had bookings on my CAS statement. The centre enforced a two-week notice period, keeping her enrolled on their side, but did not process the re-enrolment form as submitted. 3. January 26, 2026 (public holiday) – The centre was closed, but they charged full fees even though my child did not attend. According to CCS rules, subsidy does not apply for non-attendance on the child’s last day, so this charge was inappropriate. 4. February 2026 – I disputed the February bookings and instructed the centre not to authorise payment while the dispute was ongoing. 5. February 20, 2026 – Despite my instructions, the centre debited the funds from my account, which I had to recover through my bank under BECS rules. 6. February 23, 2026 – My statement shows an account credit of $181.66, but the owner has confirmed there is no refund due meaning they have absorbed my account credit without my authorisation to cover a full-fee public holiday when my child could not attend. 7. System and communication issues – The centre communicated a two-week notice period on 27 January but backdated it to start on 26 January. They debited my account for February bookings despite my dispute and instructions not to charge, and only afterward debiting my funds confirmed my child’s enrolment finish date was 30 January and advised my account was up to date and no credits owed. This mismanagement made it very difficult to track fees accurately. I will not be returning to this centre. EDIT FOR REPLY: Thank you for your response. To clarify the issues: 1. Re-enrolment – I submitted a form in Oct 2025 with an end date of 30 Jan 2026. My son’s was processed correctly; my daughter’s wasn’t. The centre ignored this and applied a two-week notice instead. 2. Fees – Full fees were charged for the public holiday 26/01/26 (credit absorbed) and a booking on 2 Feb 26, which I had to recover through my bank. 3. Conflicting statements – I received three statements all claiming the account is up to date, contradicting records and MyGov evidence. 4. Communication – I was told that assistance would only be provided if my public review was removed. This added significant stress during an already difficult process. 5. Positive – I genuinely loved this centre at one point, and my kids had special bonds with some carers who have since left. I hope this clarifies the full scope of the issues and helps other families understand the experience.

I would highly recommend Sagewood Early Learning Centre to any family that are looking for a professional, nurturing and caring daycare. My daughter attends this daycare and we have been very impressed with the care offered by all of the staff at sagewood!
