I am deeply concerned by the type of video content this childcare service is choosing to create and share publicly. As a parent, it raises serious questions about where the focus is during these recordings and whether the children’s care and wellbeing remain the priority.<br><br>The content being posted appears unprofessional and, in my opinion, does not reflect the standards I would expect from an early childhood education and care service. Childcare centres have a responsibility to maintain public trust, particularly at a time when the sector is under increased scrutiny. Professionalism, child safety, and quality care should always come before creating social media content.<br><br>I also attempted to raise my concerns by commenting on the service’s Facebook page. Rather than responding respectfully or addressing the feedback, my comment was removed and I was blocked. This response does not demonstrate openness to community feedback or accountability.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would not feel confident enrolling my child at this service. I believe families deserve transparency, professionalism, and reassurance that children’s wellbeing is always the highest priority.

Learn Smart Berwick has been a great blessing for our children. The management and educators create a warm, nurturing environment and have been great to work with over the years. They take a genuine interest in the welfare of our children and keep us updated on their development. Nutritious meals, regular activities, a well run nursery and kinder all add to why we would highly recommend this centre. Thank you Learn Smart team!

Our twins are very happy to be at Learn smart berwick. They receive excellent care and the educators are also kind and give the children their full attention.

We as parents are so happy with the care provided to the children. Management and Educators are super friendly and help in the up brining of kids in all ways they would need help with. This childcare has been more like a family with warmth, care they provide to our kids. One of the best to go :)

My daughter started at this centre when she was just 11 months old, and now, as she finishes Kindergarten 4, I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have made as a parent. Every educator who has cared for her over the years has left a positive mark on her life. The educators create engaging opportunities that encourage creativity and independence. My daughter is learning so much every day. Lastly, and most importantly according to my daughter, the food at the centre is amazing! It always smells delicious when I walk in there and the variety of nutritious meals offered is another standout feature of Learn Smart Berwick. I would highly recommend Learn Smart Berwick to any family.
