We have attended this centre since its opening and my children felt so comfortable and at home from day 1. The educators and facilities are nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend

My child has been at Early Learning Victoria Ngawak since it opened at the beginning of February 2026. I was nervous about starting childcare and trusting a centre with my child who hadn’t been cared for by anyone except family. I looked at about ten centres locally before settling on Ngawak. The team are excellent with my child, they understand and support their needs well. The educators in the room are exceptional, experienced, patient and kind and have been from day one. My child has formed very strong bonds with them and it makes me so happy seeing how much they’ve grown. They genuinely care about the children in each room. The resources they have at the centre are high quality, low/non toxic and sustainable and every week they are doing new, fun activities. They also spend alot of time outside which I love and feel helps to prevent illnesses- each room flows in to the outdoors. The food is of good quality and variety and they are always happy to try and accomodate needs. The chef is a delight as well! When there have been incidents ie head bump or an accidental fall, they communicate clearly and proactively and provide very good care. The management team are approachable, honest and do their best to support all of the families enrolled. It’s also very clean- some centres I toured did not have daily cleaners but they do here. Overall I’m very grateful we have a place at ELV Ngawak and would recommend to families locally. Each family I’ve spoken to who attends is very happy there and/or wishes they had found the centre sooner.

We have been at Frankston Early Learning for the last 8 or so weeks! We are absolutlely THRILLED with the attention, the detail and in particular the amazing team at Ngawak. I cannot recommend this centre more highly. Not only is it state government owned but after being at multiple centres and my children not thriving. I can feel happy and comfortable taht my children are safe and being well looked after. The kinder room is incredible and the mixed rooms are just so wonderful. Keep it up! We will be here for the next few years and can't wait to see what else the centre brings :) xx

We came to the new service in Frankston with so much excitement, however this was short lasting with our child smashing their chin on the dangerous rocks, no incident report, they denied it happened. Other child the next week said they weren’t hungry at lunch and wanted to eat later so they missed out and not fed for hours. Educators told us we should find another childcare as this one is so hard to supervise all the kids. Spoke to someone in another Early Learning Victoria centre about how to put in official complaint and they pretty much told me they have immunity from the regulator, complaints are not investigated, educators their lie and managers support these lies. They said they would never send their own child to an Early Learning Victoria centre, ever. They said to move to another service in the area. She said if I was to put up this review on google then very soon after, a heap of fake reviews will appear and my no happy review will be lost. This is terrible by the leaders and terrible for my children, terrible for the educators. My review is do not go here, go find another service if you love your children
