Please avoid this place! If your child becomes severely ill and can no longer attend, they will keep charging you until you have nothing left in your bank account. 28th Aug 2025, I called to inform them that our daughter Kaylee will no longer be attending due to repeatedly catching viruses from the other children. The woman on the phone just said "ok i will let them know". We were still charged a few weeks later. 3rd Sept 2025 I emailed them to terminate our daughter's attendance here. They said if our child doesn't attend final day we will be charged full price. But how can we bring our child to child care after she nearly died from anaphylaxis? Would you take this risk as a parent? It's now 3rd Oct 2025 and they just charged us another $478.80 They just took the money and didn't provide any statements or receipts. Our daughter was very ill after attending here (catching viruses from other kids). 30th August our daughter suffered an anaphylatic episode and was rushed to Women and Children hospital. Doctors administered 2 shots of adrenaline to save my daughter's life. We still don't know what allergen caused the anaphylaxis. I understand this was not their fault but we could no longer take our child to child care due to poor health. We haven't used their service for nearly 2 months and yet we keep getting charged more and more money despite repeatedly telling these people we want to terminate attendance here. If you want your money stolen, please sign up here. They won't let you leave until they drain your every dollar from your bank account. I will be making a formal complaint to the Education Standards Board about their dodgy billing/cancellation practices.

My daughter Mya started her childcare experience here and has had a wonderful experience! She especially loves her educators Salma, Reshma and Annie who have created a warm environment for her to grow! Unfortunately we moved and due to location no longer attend, but would definitely go back if we moved back closer!

We’ve had a great experience with this childcare centre! Being brand new, the facilities are spotless, modern, and thoughtfully set up. The team is welcoming and accommodating, making the transition for our son smooth and reassuring. A special mention to Yung, who is a standout educator! Yung is kind and her interactions with the children are engaging and warm. You can tell she cares deeply about the children in her care. Our son really enjoys attending and is always engaged in a wide range of activities, from story and song time to cooking, yoga, and both indoor and outdoor play. We’re very happy with our choice of childcare, we are updated daily with photographs with great detail and communication. Overall we are confident he is in great hands.

We are so thankful for the amazing experience our daughter has had at Children First Lightsview! The educators here have truly made a difference in her life. She has grown into a confident communicator, and it’s been wonderful to see her blossom socially with her classmates. She has learned so much — from letters and numbers to colors — and now brings that learning home in such special ways. One of our favourite things is how she now enjoys drawing at home, filling our house with her joyful artwork. These are precious moments for our family, and we are so grateful to the dedicated educators at Lightsview for nurturing her creativity and confidence. We absolutely love this childcare centre! Every morning, the teachers from junior kindy, Elisa, Jenny, and Anita welcome my boy so warmly, and it makes my heart melt to see him run straight to them with such excitement. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing how happy and comfortable he is there. The centre also offers yoga classes, which my child truly enjoys—he even practices the poses at home! Recently, he developed eczema on his face and needed moisturizer applied regularly. The teachers have been so attentive and caring, making sure he’s well looked after. And also The director, Lisa, is also amazing—communication is always clear and timely, whether it's sharing centre updates or answering questions. She responds quickly and kindly, which makes a huge difference for parents. All the staff members are friendly and welcoming; they never miss a chance to greet parents with a smile during drop-off and pick-up. We are so grateful for the loving and professional care the teachers provide every day. Highly recommend this centre to any parent!

We absolutely love this childcare! From the moment we arrive in the morning, the lovely chef Sam always greets us with a warm smile, making us feel truly welcome. My son's educator, Yang, has been such a blessing. She helped him settle in so smoothly when he first started, and her genuine care and love for all the children in the room are obvious every single day. She comforts him when he's tired—sometimes patting him gently for nearly an hour until he falls asleep—and when he says his tummy hurts, she patiently rubs his belly to soothe him. She also guides the children with kindness and helps them learn the right way to behave. One of the most touching moments for me was on my son's birthday. Yang prepared a surprise birthday card filled with drawings and messages from all the children in the class. It was such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture, and I was honestly moved to tears. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and love our son receives here. Thank you to Yang and the entire team for creating such a nurturing and supportive environment!

We absolutely love this child care centre! Our daughter has been attending since she was just eight months old, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are so warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children — a special shoutout to Reshma and Salma, who have been absolutely wonderful. Every morning when we drop her off, we feel confident knowing she’s in the best hands and that it’s going to be a great day for her. The centre feels like a second home — nurturing, supportive, and filled with love. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our little one to grow, learn, and be cared for. Highly recommend!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this childcare centre. The environment is always clean and tidy, with a professional cleaner coming in every day to ensure the children are learning and growing in a hygienic space. There are plenty of resources available, all in great condition, which really support the children’s play and learning. The management team, especially Director Lisa, is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and experienced. She makes every family feel included and ensures the centre runs smoothly. We truly appreciate her leadership. A big thank you to the kindy room educators – Teacher Yang, Roshani, and Tracy. They greet us every day with warm smiles and create a nurturing, engaging learning environment. They plan meaningful experiences based on each child’s interests and development, and we’ve seen our child thrive under their care. The kindy room also has an interactive learning television that introduces digital learning in a fun and age-appropriate way. On top of that, they offer weekly yoga sessions with the Yoga teacher Rubina, fun cooking experiences with the chef Sam, dental health visits, and exciting incursions that really enrich the program. We feel so lucky to be part of this centre, thank you to the whole team for your care and dedication!

I have loved the support and care that Yang provides. My daughter absolutely loves her, and loves learning there.
