We've had a wonderful experience at Frankston Beach over the last 18 months, since our son started attending. The team is caring, supportive and truly dedicated to the children. Our son has created some wonderful friendships and loves attending. He is especially enthusiastic about the weekly music and sports sessions. We feel very grateful to be part of such a warm and welcoming centre and would highly recommend it to other families.

It is very evident that Frankston Beach genuinely care about the children, families and the team of educators. We are always welcomed with warm smiles; from management at the front desk to the educators in the rooms. The environments at Frankston Beach are clean, safe and full of engaging experiences that support children's learning. I recommend Frankston Beach to anyone looking for care - 5 stars here!!!

On the occasions I pick up my grandson from this centre I find it delightful, from the friendly, (and yet still very safe & secure) welcome at the front desk to the approachable educators in the rooms, which are clean & well equipped. The children have always been happily playing & engaged in outdoor & indoor activities & I’m always given a full run down of my grandson’s day. He’s happy so no complaints from this Grandma!

A great service, amazing staff and management. Children are excited to arrive each day and engage in the amazing experiences implemented. Educators constantly up date information throughout the day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication at this daycare centre. My grandson has experienced multiple concerning incidents during his time there. On one occasion, he was left with severe nappy rash due to only being changed twice in an entire day, causing him significant pain and requiring days to heal. The communication among staff is poor, and the director does not appear to effectively relay important information to the educators. The centre is often short-staffed, and my grandson has come home with unexplained injuries, including a bite mark on his arm and a scratch on his cheek—both of which staff were unable to account for. He has also contracted conjunctivitis multiple times in a short period, raising serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility. It is unacceptable for babies and toddlers to be treated this way. I strongly advise other families to consider alternative childcare options.

We have recently started sending our 9 month old here and from the moment we first toured I knew this was the daycare for us because of how beautiful all the staff were. It’s been a seamless transition to daycare life and our daughter’s days there are filled with adventures and learning and fun. Special shout out to everyone in the Cove room but especially Rhi and T, for being so warm and welcoming to both our daughter and us as nervous first time parents. Even the reception team are so patient and lovely, from my tears the first week and encouraging me to call and check in as much as I need to throughout the day. She’s eating better than ever thanks to the amazing chef and I just couldn’t say enough positive things about our experience. Thanks team our baby is in great hands.
