Susan's family day care is a home away from home for my daughter(4) and son(3). Both kids have attended since about 10 months old. Susan is organised, always communicates and informs us all about the kids day. When looking for a carer I was looking for: • a clean dedicated space -which Susan certainly provides. Her space is so well arranged that she can supervise kids toilet training, playing and napping safely. I found this to be unique and a quality I valued. • someone who would follow my nap time routines (just dark with white noise -but this was often impossible for other carers to facilitate) - again Susan was willing to work with my requests Susan provides a fantastic stimulating environment for the kids - lots of art, outdoor, reading and music activities along with heaps of free play. She really works to extend on their interest areas and the kids have a ball playing and learning with her. There is no crying when we drop them off and they are always excited to arrive and get the day started. She gives our kids the love and attention every parent would be happy with and she genuinely cares for our kids. Her home is clean, welcoming and very well set up. We couldn’t be happier. Was so spoilt by Susan. She is amazing. Wish we didn't have to move away from the area. My daughter was so excited to go to see her Susan and the other kids. Great communication. Everything you want from a family day care service.
