We couldn’t be happier with Greenleaves West Lakes. The team have been nothing but accommodating and always go above and beyond to do what’s best for our daughter. In just 5 months we’ve seen such a big change – she has really come out of her shell and grown in confidence. It’s clear how much the educators care, and we’re so grateful for the support and nurturing environment they provide. Highly recommend!

My boys have been going to Green Leaves west lakes for a number of years and we’ve had a wonderful and pleasant experience through out time. The educators, whilst acknowledging the large turnover over the years, have always been carefully selected and are genuinely kind and caring people. My children adore their educators and they never fail to make me feel comfortable leaving my kid’s in their care. My morning experiences being able to drop off the kids and have the lovely chef Nick make a coffee for the parents is always a win. He knows my order now and always has one ready for me by the time I finish the drop off. The centre is beautiful and modern and there’s always changes being made to mic things up. Our Daughter loves her day care days! The team at Green Leaves ELC West Lakes are wonderful. From the Director Jess, support team Bec and Alice, Chef Nic (thank you for our morning coffee!) and all of the educators, everyone is wonderful and caring. We chose this ELC because of how calm it felt as soon as you walk through the door. That continues all the way through the centre. The centre is also always so clean, beautifully lit and the play spaces well designed. Our daughter has a wonderful time with sensory play, singing, readying, playing outside with her friends and having cuddles with the educators. Whatever our daughter has needed, the centre goes above and beyond to provide it. Their communication and structure is clear, easy to navigate and as busy parents, we appreciate the ease in which the support around our daughter has been to engage. As for the food, our daughter loves it! Eating multiple serves each meal! It is always fresh, interesting and tasty. We are very happy and we would highly recommend the Green Leaves ELC.

My son from 4 months old has been at this centre to 1.5 years of age. He has loved making connections with the educators & other children. They update you on photos through out the day and show you the sensory activities the kids get up to! Have gotten quite close with some of the educators. Everyone is so loving and beautiful! The chef does everything healthy & no sugar! Sometimes in the morning the chef makes some delicious healthy desserts for the parents to have a coffee with! Couldn’t have been happier!

My two girls are going in this centre. From day 1 we have really good experience so far. Kylea was very helpful during the enrolment process and having lot of patience. Its been a montg now, We found whole staff amazing and very helpful, specially Nathan at tiny tots whom i see almost every time i go to drop my girls. Now we feel relaxed while dropping our girls that they will be in safe hands. Surely recommend this place. No one asked me to write this review, lol

I highly recommend green leaves early learning at west lakes to anyone looking for a centre that delivers a very high standard of child care. The staff are friendly, professional and nurturing with a focus on the individual needs of each child in their care.

We moved our two girls here when they first opened last year, due to us not being happy at our previous centre. My girls now run into day care happy, whereas at the previous centre it became a daily nightmare of them crying, not wanting to go. In my experience, this centre is the best choice for our family. It is clear that the staff truly care about the kids. The carers always welcome the children by name, hugs and with big smiles on their faces. The front desk always has someone present. Normally the wonderful Kyle who is always so helpful, I feel she always goes out of her way to help with whatever she can. There is always someone to talk to as well if I have any concerns or questions. Communication is also great due to the Story Park app they use. It’s so nice to have updates and see my girls having fun and learning while I’m at work. (I’m a nurse so this makes me so happy due to shift work) I feel the measure of a good day care centre is HOW they deal and manage with your concerns, as I feel there will always be little problems here or there, as that is life really. I have had a couple small issues that I spoke to Marissa (the day care director) about, I felt listened to and that it was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and with open disclosure. Marissa is so lovely and made me feel like she really cared about my concerns. She is an asset to Green Leaves. Also, in my experience, and my girls go four days a week, the children have always been attended to whilst outside or in any area for that matter. I’ve not once seen a child alone by themselves. A carer has always been present. Again in my experience, They have always been dressed appropriately for the weather. I’ve never had an issue regarding this. I would highly recommend this centre.
