My daughter Linda, who is turning 4 years old, attends the centre and we have had a wonderful experience. The educators are caring, professional, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. Linda always comes home happy and excited to share what she has learned each day. The centre provides a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment, and it’s clear that the staff work hard to create meaningful learning experiences for the children. First Class Learning Centre is an incredible daycare! Both my children go here and we have had an incredible experience. The staff headed by Nat go above and beyond to make the centre such a friendly, fun and special community to be a part of! Communication is incredible and I feel I am up to date with everything that is going on within the centre and my children. Would definitely recommend!

My son has attended both First class Chifley and First class Maroubra and we have been delighted with our experience. This homey centre reminds me of what it was like to attend daycare as a child - loving, warm environment with lots of outdoor play. The educators at both the centres are so warm and loving and being on the smaller side means my son has been able to form a really strong bond with each educator he has had and get personalised care and attention- it is lovely to see. Nat is a fantastic director who is caring and open minded and always willing to listen to any concerns or feedback. I would highly recommend first class.

Sending my two children to First Class Learning has been the best decision I made. Over the past 4 years the educators have become part of our family. My kids have absolutely thrived and grown in so many ways. They feel loved and nurtured each day and run in the door each morning. It's a beautiful centre!

We had a wonderful experience with this centre. My son attended for 3.5 years, so this comes from genuine, long-term experience. Being family-owned and run, there’s a warmth and personal touch you notice straight away. The staff are kind, attentive and truly care about the children. The low staff turnover was a big standout — seeing the same familiar faces over the years created a real sense of consistency and security. Natalie, the director, is always approachable, helpful and available. Her leadership really shows in how smoothly the centre runs and the positive, caring environment she has created and cares for the children and her staff. The centre is always clean, welcoming and well organised, and the food provided is high quality. Communication was always open and easy, which gave me real peace of mind. Most importantly, my son was always happy there — and that says everything. It truly felt like an extension of our family. I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a nurturing and reliable daycare.

Anita has been attending this daycare for the past year and a half, and we couldn’t be happier. She is always excited to go and comes home smiling every day. The educators are incredibly kind and caring, it truly feels like a big family. It’s a small-sized daycare, which is very beneficial as it allows for more individual attention and a close-knit environment. The team is very attentive to the children’s development and regularly seeks feedback from parents, which we really appreciate. It’s a beautiful multicultural team that has been working at the centre for many years, led by Natalie. The location is also fantastic, right at the entrance of a park surrounded by trees. We even chose to delay her start at the French school so she could spend one more year surrounded by this wonderful team. We highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a warm, caring, and supportive environment.

My son started here at 18 months and is now over 2. The staff are genuinely caring. Staff turnover seems non existent and the owner is very involved and personable. There are a small number of children in the centre and all the staff know all the children and families well which I love and appreciate. I highly recommend this centre as a mum and trained early childhood educator.

This daycare is nothing else than exceptional! Both of our girls went there, (one is still there for the moment) and we loved it so much that we delayed the start of the french school for our youngest for another year! 3 main points that makes it so different than other centres! 1: the staff: there isn't a big turn over. All staff have been here for many years. Nat the director is fantastic, and obviously recruits only the best people who matches with the philosophy of the centre. Amanda, Tulay, Vanessa, Eva and Natasha have been with our kids from day one and are still here today. They care so much for the kids and the parents! 2: The core value: it is all about community and acceptance. The kids learn different culture all the time and it really embrace all their personalities. They adapt to the need of each children and family and are always trying to collect feedback. Their focus on transparency with the parents is so reassuring and genuine. 3: A small centre: with a huge heart! We loved the fact that it isn't a factory. It is a small centre where everyone has a voice. The kids can enjoy gardening, excursion in the environmental park next door, visit to the neighbors etc... Because of the small size they can do so much! Parents can get involved too, coming to read in your language, presenting a special dish. Father's day, mother's day, Christmas and many more celebrations at the centre where everyone comes along. They have created a real community. Our little one is finishing up in July and no doubt it will be very hard to say goodbye! Well done to all the team.And for anyone reading this review, do not hesitate, this daycare is the best!
