We are so grateful for the wonderful care our child receives at Flourish ELC. We are a newer family to the service and like most parents, we were so nervous to send our first baby off to daycare but the educators at Flourish put our minds at ease very quickly. It’s such a comfort knowing that our child is happy, safe and well looked after. She gets so excited to see her educators at drop off and we get regular updates about her day which we love! She’s built beautiful relationships already and they never make us feel silly if we want to call and check in to see how she’s going. Thanks for your amazing work team! ❤️

We’ve been at the centre for nearly 2 years now. My eldest started in the preschool room but we got to know the staff so well that I was confident to have my toddler start at the centre too. Knowing the familiar faces of the staff and seeing them day to day gives you comfort at drop off time. I’d genuinely recommend this centre to friends. 💕

This centre is unfortunately one of the worst centres in the area. They have a toxic staff culture, their director talks badly about the parents and encourages a bullying environment. Staff have been caught vaping, staff members have been bullied out of the centre and they have issues being in ratios. The director is seriously unfit to lead a centre. There are also a number of other serious issues about that centre. Any parent considering to send their child here should think twice. This centre has caused many families distressed, with many recently leaving. Don’t be fooled by some ‘staff’ reviews. This centre should be ashamed of the care they provide.

Flourish Early Learning is such a nurturing, loving and fun environment for the children in their care. My son has been emotional at some drop offs, however the educators have been fantastic at providing him with the care that he needs to ensure that he feels safe and secure. When I pick him up he assures me that he has had a great day and is very excited to tell me about what he has learned and who he played with. Flourish have a fantastic preschool program, providing such wonderful learning opportunities for the children. We are very happy with our decision to be apart of the Flourish family! Would highly recommend to all other families considering this centre for their child/children.
