⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’re really happy with Billy Beet. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and safe, and our daughter always leaves happy. My questions are always answered throughly and communication with parents is excellent. Would recommend to any family looking for a childcare that goes above and beyond!

This was my daughter’s first time in childcare and Billy Beet made it so easy. She felt comfortable and safe right away and had a great time. The centre is clean and the staff are friendly and experienced. They kept me updated all day so I felt confident she was in good hands. She came home happy and excited to go back. Highly recommend!

Honestly couldn’t ask for a better start to our son’s child care journey. We were full of nerves sending him off for the first time, but the team at Billy Beet completely won us over. The place itself is lovely, bright, spotless, and set up so well that you can tell the kids actually look forward to being there. What really stood out was how easy they made the confusing stuff. They explained the free kinder program and the government subsidies and made the process seamless. That kind of care goes a long way. Our little one got comfortable straight away and never wants to leave at pick-up which says it all about how caring and experienced the staff are. Five stars from us. If you’re a first-time parent, you can relax knowing your child’s in great hands at Billy Beet.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Billy beet Creekside is an amazing centre....having well qualified and experienced staff...provide good quality care every single day to every single child. High quality standards....my both daughters settled less than in a week.....wonderful experience......Highly recommended....

I went to the public park today where Billy Bee Kindergarten was holding a Christmas event. My child went to Santa for a candy like the other kids, but the staff told him “this is not for you” because he wasn’t a Billy Bee kid. He was refused in front of everyone, and it made him really sad. If you are going to show this kind of behaviour towards little kids, then please don’t run these events in a public park. Do it in your own space. A small act of kindness would have made a big difference today. Very disappointing. I couldn’t see a single kind or gentle teacher there — everyone seemed more strict and unkind towards the kids around them.

I'm so happy with the care and environment at Billy Beet Childcare – Creekside. My child absolutely loves it here! The centre is beautifully set up, creating a warm and welcoming space for learning and play. The staff are outstanding — kind, professional, and truly dedicated to the children's development. I’ve especially noticed how well they focus on early learning, which is so important at this stage. The centre is always clean and well-organized, giving me great peace of mind. Highly recommend to any parent looking for quality childcare!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding care and communication! Billy-Beet Child Care and Kindergarten in Creekside has been absolutely amazing for our family. The manager and team are so caring, patient, and genuinely dedicated to each child’s wellbeing. They always take the time to answer any questions I have about my baby’s milestones and development, and their support through every transition has been incredible. It’s so reassuring to know my little one is surrounded by such loving and attentive educators every day. The communication is second to none. The online app is fantastic — I receive updates throughout the day with photos, meal details, nap times, sunscreen checks, and toileting notes. By the time I pick him up, I already know how his day has been and what kind of mood he’s in. The team’s consistency, inclusiveness, and genuine care make Billy-Beet such a special place. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

My 2 children go here and the centre is beautiful, educators are amazing, full of knowledge, love and compassion for families! Our children are happy and all children seem happy during pick up and drop off. Don’t look past this centre 🖤🖤🖤
