We are so sad that this is our final year at C&K as our youngest starts school next year. We have been at the centre for the last 4 years in a row & are SO very grateful to the amazing team at C&K Tarragindi War Memorial for being such wonderful influences on our kids in that time. Special mention to Miss B (amazing centre director and head educator) , Miss May & Miss Connie for their work with our kiddies. This is the sort of place where you want your kids to attend in their early years to get the best pre-school start possible. They take the time to genuinely know and care for each student & are great at creating a wonderful sense of community too. Thankyou to all of the team - we will miss you SO much xx

An amazing kindy where my son has thrived in the pre-kindy Wattle class on Wednesdays. My son has never been in formal child care, so the kindy has been a wonderful introduction for him and us, he is always excited to go to kindy. The educators all know my son (even the ones who aren't in Wattle) and say hello to him every morning. It seems like a very caring place where educators really get to know students. There seems to be a good balance between free play and structured activities. I'm always amazed at the things the children get to do: borrowed museum exhibits, bushwalks, watching chicks hatch, parents coming in to share their skills.

Our family all love Tarragindi War Memorial Kindy! Our daughter is always excited for her kindy days and gets up to lots of fun and educational activities. It’s located in a beautiful leafy spot and the staff are all caring and lovely. We are definitely lucky to have this special place in our local area.

Tarragindi kindy is a special place tucked away next to bushland. The teachers are all so caring and creative, setting up amazing tables for the children and allowing them to explore their interests. There is so much space to run around, bikes, a big sand pit and water play.
At our kindy, your child will feel safe, make friends and belong. We have an open natural learning environment where the children explore, investigate, and extend their learning.
Our experienced and passionate educators foster close relationships with families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. They focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
Kindy is FREE for eligible-age children (those turning 4 by 30 June, in the year they attend kindy) for 15 hours per week for 40 weeks (up to a maximum of 600 hours a year).
