I am very frustrated and disappointed with this childcare centre. They keep changing the educators, and it takes time for my son to settle and build trust with an educator. Just when he becomes comfortable, they change the educator again, which is very disruptive for him.<br><br>I have also noticed issues with billing, including being charged twice on some occasions. I would recommend that parents carefully check their accounts and invoices to ensure they are being charged correctly.<br><br>Overall, the constant staff changes have made our experience quite disappointing.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Busy Bees Kilburn. From the moment we joined, the team has been so warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My child absolutely loves going to childcare each day, which says everything. It’s such a comfort knowing they feel safe, happy, and excited to be there. The educators are attentive, nurturing, and really take the time to get to know each child individually. I can see how much effort goes into creating meaningful experiences and a positive environment for the children to learn and grow. The management team is truly amazing—always approachable, supportive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It makes such a difference knowing the centre is run so well. Another standout is the menu. There’s such a great variety of healthy, balanced meals, and it’s clear a lot of thought goes into ensuring the children are well-nourished and exposed to different foods. I feel completely at ease leaving my child in their care, and I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful centre. Highly recommend Busy Bees Kilburn to any family looking for quality childcare.

My little one's love going to Busy Bees in Kilburn. The educators are friendly, understanding and helpful. The food they serve is great and they supply take-home meals for the family too, which has really benefited us at home. Highly recommend!

Impresses me that the food is freshly made daily, quality ingredients. Very caring professional director, was lovely to hear children's nutrition is important.
