This kindergarten provides a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for children. Wonderful kindergarten teachers (Surekha, Rohini, Chetna, Sisi, Louise, Anne, Dharshani )all truly listens and follows through. Any concern is addressed quickly, often the very next day. We really appreciate this care, attention, and commitment to the children. The teachers are caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s growth. We feel confident and happy knowing our child is learning and thriving here.

I am writing to share my concern and disappointment regarding the recent decline in the standards at Narre Warren Kings, particularly in the Kinder class 4 year . When my children were previously under the care of Tammy, Surka, and Rohini, we noticed significant improvement in their behaviour, discipline, and overall development. Unfortunately, we have observed that both the level of education and classroom discipline have dropped recently from ( kinder inventors ) . During parent teacher meetings, we often feel that concerns are shifted back onto us rather than collaboratively addressed. Additionally, the quality and creativity of class activities including Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other special events seem to have declined. Previously, the children engaged in more advanced, meaningful activities and created thoughtful gifts. This year, however, the activities feel more suited for much younger children. In today’s world, where there are so many creative and engaging options available, we would appreciate seeing the centre adopt a more modern and stimulating approach for the children. These are the final months of our children’s time in your kinder, and we sincerely hope they will have a memorable and high quality graduation celebration one that reflects the importance of this milestone. We kindly request that the education and activity standards be reviewed and elevated to align with what other centres are offering. Thank you for taking this feedback seriously and for working towards providing the best experience for the children.

I’ve had some concerns about the weather policy at this centre. On cold days (10°C) with rain and very hot days (35°C), children are still outside, and I feel it’s not in their best interest. I spoke with management, but the issue hasn’t been addressed. I hope the centre reviews their approach to ensure better care in extreme weather. The management has resolved the issue after 3 weeks, and I appreciate their prompt response. Thank you so much for listening and understanding.

I had a really bad experience at King kids, Narre Warren. My husband enrolled my little one to King Kids. He spoke to someone from the team, and they asked to do an online form and he said to me that the enrolment was confirmed, and we can send her this particular day. So last October, we sent her in the morning and this lady Holly called me after an hour or so and she was asking Why your child is in the daycare. The way she talked to me was very harsh. Then I said that we enrolled our daughter into King kids. She was like she can’t see anything on her end. But she didn’t even let me speak. Someone being in charge of the centre, I believe she has to learn how to deal with the clients in a professional way, rather than being rude. This is not the way she is supposed to talk to parents. We are looking for a nice place to send our kids to, and the first impression is not good. So, immediately after the call, I went to the centre, and I picked her from there. She later said she can offer somewhere in December. But the way she handled the whole situation, I have already made my mind not send to my kid again to this day care. My elder daughter went to King Kids, I know a few of the carers over there. That’s the only reason I went back. I would never recommend Narre warren king kids to any of my friends!!!

I tried two centres before I enrolled my little one in this centre. I must say the staff here are very caring and they ensure the children are re assured and loved all the time but specially when they are new. It was so hard for me to trust any centre after bad experience with previous centre and leave my child. I saw that during orientations staff tried everything to make my son settled. It gave me a sense of relief to leave him in safe hands of staff and go to work. It took her only one week to settle in. My son loves to go to childcare and knows all educators name and tells me he wants to play with that staff. They also have many different activities for kids to explore. My son loved the reptile experience. Thank you for everything you all do!

My kids look forward with excitement to any day they're going to King Kids Narre Warren. They are always looked after and have a ball.
