Child is very happy

We are having such a wonderful experience with Mindchamps Penrith and I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care they provide for our son, Anhad. From the moment we enrolled him, the staff have been nothing but welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in his wellbeing. Every educator we’ve met is warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. It’s clear they treat each child as an individual, creating a safe and nurturing environment that has helped Anhad grow in confidence, build friendships, and thrive both socially and emotionally.When we started he used to be very unsettled but he looks forward to going every single day now, and always comes home with a big smile. What we love most is the centre’s open communication with families—they keep us regularly updated on Anhad’s progress, activities, and milestones. The programs they offer are both educational and fun, sparking creativity and a love of learning in him. Knowing Anhad is so well cared for gives us complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find a place where your child feels so loved and supported—and Mindchamps, Penrith has become that special place for us. Positive environment with experienced staff and supportive team!

This centre shows promise but based on my experience, I would not recommend it. There is a notably high turnover of staff, which significantly impacts the ability of children to form secure and consistent relationships with their educators. This instability also affects the delivery of the learning programs, many of which are either not implemented as planned or remain incomplete. The finance team has proven to be unreliable, with long delays in resolving or even responding to enquiries. In my case, issues took several weeks to be addressed, and the process for bond refunds is similarly slow—expect to wait around six weeks, even if all fees and CCS payments are up to date. Additionally, they have tried to shortchange me more than once, including now, by $100. While there are some excellent individual educators—Cameron, Manisha, Trevor, Karen and Bree in particular—their movement across rooms limits the consistency of care for children. Communication regarding developmental concerns is also lacking. For example, my son’s moderate stutter was not identified or raised by staff. It was only acknowledged after I brought it to their attention twice, at which point they confirmed it without having proactively addressed it. Overall, there are structural and operational issues that need to be resolved before the centre can deliver the consistent, high-quality care and communication that families expect.

Disgusting attitude. If you want your child safe don’t sent them here.

School is absolutely disgusting (more so Sarah the manager , room leader whatever she is the attitude on that lady is putrid definitely shouldn’t be working in a professional environment such as a daycare at all ) my two kids went to this school and shortly later I had pulled them out of the school ,, my eldest son is 3 years old and has special needs and is non verbal and the way they would treat him was disgusting and rude they never tried to help him instead would send him home from school because they couldn’t handle him mind you they told me that my son would have a support teach which he never had ,, they called dcj on my kids who are 3 and 1 many of times for the tiniest little bruises after asking me what had happened to the kids and I told them dcj worker told me them self that the school rang them ,, they had a clubby house fall down on my eldest child had to take him for a head scan ,, had kids bite and drawing blood on my youngest child’s back ,,all reports that where made where never really ones from school it was ones that happened at home which they thought they knew everything about ,, my eldest child’s bottles where never touched neither was my youngest most days ,, they would come home with full nappies like they hadn’t been changed in hours to the point my eldest child had a rash so bad it had started to open up the wound on his bum ,, would send my kids home from school while they had runny noses but an educators daughter or whatever the child was to her was running around with a runny nose touching all the babies foods ,, the school is dirty and definitely not a clean place for kids and the attitudes on the stuff members I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone more so I wouldn’t recommend this place to someone with a child who has special needs ???? Sarah needs to lose her job !!!!

very educational centre very organised children and people friendly

Couldn’t be happier with my children’s care at MindChamps! They have such a fantastic and healthy menu so I know my children are being fed extremely well and the educators are fantastic, always open and honest and communicate well and take the time to speak to you about your child’s day which is amazing and extremely appreciated! I have a daughter who is quite reserved, shy and anxious and she shows us that she feels very safe, relaxed and happy at MindChamps Penrith which is so comforting to us as parents! Management are always very friendly and welcoming too! Thank you for all your hard work :)

I went to Grandparents day at Mind Champs . What a lovely welcome from all the staff that work there . My grand daughter loves going there . We got to see of the kids work and drawings . My grand daughter has only just turned 4 and knows all her colours , shapes and she even knows how to write her own name . Remarkable for her age . The centre is amazing
