My sons are new to Bloom, from a sudden change of our previous daycare. Starting in a new place can be daunting and sometimes very unsettling for little ones and parents alike but the team at Bloom have been great in welcoming our family and helping the boys settle in. We are excited for our new journey with Bloom 🌻

We have had such a wonderful experience at Bloom with our daughter. From the very beginning, the team made us feel welcome and supported, creating an environment where she feels safe, loved, and excited to learn. The educators are warm, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing, and it really shows in the way our daughter has blossomed since starting. Her room leader, Faith, has been absolutely incredible. She always takes the time to understand our daughter’s personality, interests, and needs, and her gentle, caring approach has helped our daughter become more confident, social, and independent. We truly appreciate the effort Faith and the other educators put into making each day fun, meaningful, and engaging. The activities are always creative and thoughtfully planned, and our daughter comes home happy. Communication from Bloom is excellent — we always feel informed and reassured, and it’s clear that the whole team works together to create a positive, nurturing atmosphere. As parents, it means so much to know that our little one is in such capable and loving hands. We’re incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and kindness shown the entire Bloom team. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Bloom has been amazing for our family. My son has been going for just over a year now and he has come so far from when he started. He has delayed speech but the girls at Bloom have worked with him so patiently and helped him build confidence with his words and they are always patient with him when he is trying to talk. He’s gone from crying every morning at drop off to running in and immediately hugging the girls and then not even saying goodbye to me because he’s that excited to go each day. His confidence and independence have grown so much, his gross motor skills are so good now from all the climbing on the fort as he’not afraid to explore each of the outside sections. The whole centre has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere and you can truly tell the educators care about the children as even the ones not in my sons room care enough to know his name saying goodmorning and bye bye every day. The staff always go above and beyond. (Oh and as a last note at home my son is a very picky eater, but he happily eats extra every day of Frankie’s amazing meals!) We love the Bloom family and everything they do.
