We have had a great experience for our son at AEL Westmead. The educators provide a loving and supportive environment for kids to thrive. This is a safe place where kids learn in a fun and interactive way. We would highly recommend AEL!!

My daughter has been with the centre for a year . They’re well managed in terms of food, child care, cleanliness, activities. Ms. Renu who is the centre in charge has been really helpful and the educator like Ms. Rima, Ms. Melanie, Ms. Prithiksha, Bhoomi and others are friendly with kids and extremely supportive . I Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enrol their kids.

I am truly grateful to Centre Manager Renu for giving me the opportunity to complete my 6-week placement at this wonderful center from 20 October to 28 November 2025. From my very first introductory visit, she guided me patiently and explained everything in detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. Throughout my placement, she was always open to helping me, answering my questions, and supporting my learning. It has also been a great experience working with the preschool children, and I learned so much during my time here. A special thank you to Miss Roma and Ranjita, who were incredibly supportive and welcoming every day. I genuinely appreciate the positive environment, the helpful educators, and all the valuable learning experiences I gained at this centre.

My daughter has been with the centre for the last 1.5 years. The centre is well managed in terms of food, child care, cleanliness, activities, etc. Especially Ms. Renu who is the centre incharge has been really helpful in managing our expectation. Other educatore like Ms. Rima, Ms. Melanie, Ms. Pratiksha and others are really warm to deal with and I love the fact that they go an extra mile to take care of the children. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enrol their kids.

My son's been going to this centre for two years, and we've had a great experience from the start. They make the kids feel happy and safe. He's improving his skills every day, too. I'm hoping he learns even more in the future.

The Worst early childhood education centre for placement student and during my placement on 21st and 22nd July 2025, I had this concerning child safety issues that I witnessed from my eyes, a child placed a hair pin in his mouth and nearly swallowed it. The same child yesterday was about to damage his eyes with colours pencil tip because some children are special needs, and require extra care. These incidents highlighted not only a lack of appropriate supervision but also unsafe environmental conditions. I would never recommend this centre to anyone. I insisted to check cameras but they completely dismissed this witness. Please be careful , where you sending your children. The staff in this room one of them was not even cert III qualified staff in ages 3-4 yrs room today and yesterday and children were left alone with her when the cert III educator was on break. I had been pushed to clean instead of focusing on my art activities and engaging with children. The management, particularly individuals named Renu and Belinda, responded in an unprofessional and verbally abusive manner. Rather than showing concern for the child’s safety or gratitude for identifying a serious risk, they chose to intimidate and undermine me.
