The centre has been amazing for my little girl who was very shy and hesitant to interact with other educators and children but they made her feel welcomed and drop offs have been easy because she knows and adores her teachers particularly Miss Ruby and Miss Reannah.

My daughter has been going to LZ South Penrith for almost 2 years, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From day one, the educators, Miss Abbey and Miss Sophie were so welcoming and caring, which made the transition so much easier for both of us. Now she runs in every morning with a big smile on her face, which says it all. The staff are just wonderful — they don’t just look after the kids, they really get to know them and celebrate their little personalities. My daughter often comes home talking about the fun activities, songs, and stories from the day, and she’s grown so much in confidence and independence since starting here. There have been a few staff changes and transitions as she’s moved up into the older age rooms, but the centre has handled it really well. The handovers have always been smooth, the communication has been clear, and the educators in each room have made her feel safe and supported. She settled into her new room quickly and still talks fondly about her previous teachers, which shows the positive impact they’ve all had on her. Thank you Miss Ruby, Miss Reannah, Miss Caitlyn, Ms Shaz, Ms Chloe, Ms Kristin and everyone at LZ who have been so caring, supportive, postive energy and always smile on they put on my daughter's face and providing updates on how her day has been. I also love the updates we get throughout the day. It’s such a comfort to see photos and hear about what she’s been doing while I’m at work — it really feels like we’re part of her day too seeing her with her friends little besties. The centre itself is clean, bright, and has such a warm feel to it. The activities are always engaging, and the outdoor play space is fantastic. The meals/snacks provided sound amazing and my daughter loves them all (makes me want to attend myself for the day to get a good feed :) ) Most importantly, my daughter genuinely loves going and feels safe and cared for. That’s the best reassurance any parent could ask for. As a parent, that’s the best reassurance you could ask for. I’m so grateful to the team and would highly recommend LZ South Penrith to anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive daycare. <3

i was nervous putting my son in day care but the teachers at little zaks south penrith put my mind at ease instantly. miss shaz, rangida and kaitlin made the transition easy for both him and myself and it wasn’t long before drop offs got easier and he was enjoying his time in a new environment. i’m thankful for the easy communication, the app updates and the care my son gets when he’s in the navigators room. i’ve seen such growth in him with Miss Rangida’s guidance.
