Brilliant Kidz Academy has been a wonderful experience for our family. The educators are professional, nurturing and always go above and beyond to support the children. The centre is clean, organised and full of engaging activities that help the kids learn and thrive. We always feel informed and reassured through their great communication. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Brilliant Kidz Academy to any parent.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTRE.. Director is racist, openly told me she wouldn’t hire Indians or Pakistanis (whilst doing the bobble head movements).. She also said she does not hire male educators.. My son’s very 1st day here, at only 20 weeks old was given water. When I questioned this the 2IC advised they give water to keep them hydrated, I told them NO you do not give a 20 week old baby water.. Nowhere in his enrolment did I stipulate he is drinking water at such a young age.. My baby was here for a total of 18 weeks, multiple times we were at the Doctors with different viruses (even a written support letter from our GP backed this).. I picked my son up for his very last day at 4:30pm, and there was a little boy with green snot running from both nostrils into his mouth.. The director had posted on the app, that any children with signs and symptoms will be sent home.. They do not adhere to their policies.. While my son was off I emailed the centre stating my concerns about the amount of times my son was sick, I got no response.. Upon his return I got the pathetic excuse from the director yet again that my emails were “bouncing”.. Funny how they don’t bounce now that they want my money.. Still didn’t address my email / concerns after this.. I requested a meeting with the owners, to which the reply was picking at my son wearing a teething necklace (3 months after he started wearing it).. Sending me links from red nose which says it’s a “recommendation” not to wear them.. It is NOT a policy or law.. Again, the meeting request with the owners was ignored.. If your child wears jewellery of anytime whether it be religion etc, apparently they do not support this in their centre.. There is multiple students there daily, one afternoon I was asking where my sons clothing, cloth and dummy was.. They looked at my like they didn’t know what I was saying, I was standing there waiting for someone to find his belongings.. Mind you all 3 things were located in different places, except for his bag where they should be.. I didn’t take my son back, the fact they show lack of compassion and care was my last straw.. All they’re worried about is getting those numbers up in their new centre.. The director told me I had to give 2 weeks notice, I said well he won’t be coming back.. She told me if I didn’t come back on the last day I’d have to pay full price fees of $150 a day.. After this I was locked out of my account, when I sent an email requesting my login details so I could pay my account I got no reply again.. I sent a 2nd email and got a reply a couple days later, she sent me their bank details with no response to my login for the app.. At the end of the day, your child is a number to fill their spots in a new centre.. They worry about money and not the germs coming into the centre.. Oh and she also tried to blame the fact I work in a medical centre as to why my son was exposed to such viruses.. I’ve worked in my job for 6.5 years and have 2 older kids and NEVER has their been so much sickness in my home.. Oh and you pay a $200 bond that they also don’t release, they claim to use that for your final weeks but apparently that doesn’t apply to me as I never took my son to that filthy place again.. I have emails to back up all of this if anyone is needing to see how the director attends to your concerns..

A relatively new centre. Great experience so far - tidy and clean. Our daughter loves attending. Staff and owners are lovely to deal with.

Updated Review: After unenrollment I have been following up on the refund of deposit and could not get any response since last 3-4 months. Original Review: We recently enrolled our baby in this daycare, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. On our second day, our baby vomited at drop-off, likely due to anxiety, which is common for young children adjusting to a new environment. While we understand that dealing with vomit isn’t pleasant, we were shocked by the daycare manager’s reaction. Instead of responding with care or professionalism, the manager reacted with visible frustration, loudly expressing her dislike for vomit in front of staff and my wife. This made an already stressful situation worse and raised serious concerns about how well the management is equipped to handle young children and unexpected situations. Within minutes, I received multiple messages—not out of concern for our baby’s well-being, but simply demanding that we pick her up immediately and informing us that she couldn’t return for 24 hours. While we fully respect daycare policies around illness, the complete lack of empathy and professionalism in handling the situation was disappointing. What made matters worse was the unprofessional way things were handled when we decided to unenroll. As soon as we made that decision, the manager completely stopped responding to messages or calls regarding collecting our child’s belongings. We had to physically knock on the door just to get a response. Any attempt to have a discussion was impossible, as the manager repeatedly shut down the conversation instead of listening. As parents, we want our child to be in a nurturing and supportive environment, learning from adults who are patient, understanding, and experienced in working with young children. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left us feeling completely uncomfortable about whether this is the right place for our child. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and reflects on how they handle such situations in the future. A little empathy and professionalism go a long way, especially when caring for young children.

Fantastic early years educational program that nurtures children to think independently and question what’s around them. Excellent teaching and support staff that really take the time to get to know students and cater their approach to ensure every child is engaged, understands the learning and is participating. Facilities are all new, with hygiene and safety clearly being of paramount importance. My family and I are all very happy with Brilliant Kidz Academy and would highly recommend! Well deserved 5 stars!
