I would recommend Buttercups Hammond West to anyone I speak to. I have had experiences in 5 different centres both north and south of the river over the years and while I haven’t had negative experiences at all different centres, nothing compares to here.  From day one the educators made my children and I feel welcome and supported. They take the time to really get to know each child, observe their personalities and interests and create such a nurturing environment. My children have thrived here and genuinely enjoy going each day. All of the Educators and Mangers have also supported me in some personal very hard times. They care without judgement and are so genuine and supportive of us as a whole family. This centre is a home away from home and as a parent, there is nothing better than dropping your children off knowing they are safe, loved, and happy. We are so grateful for everything the team does.

Buttercups Hammond Park West are truly AMAZING 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We started at this centre on opening in Feb 2024 & have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The Management & all of the Educators are exceptional!! The love & care they show towards all of the children is like no other. My son has learnt so much & is now Kindy ready thanks to the wonderful team. He has so much confidence and looks forward to spending the day with his friends doing art & craft and playing in the well equipped/specialised playground. All of the individual rooms from babies right through to kindy are stocked with age appropriate toys & learning experiences. The activities offered are always changing which keeps it exciting & allows the children to practice a variety of skills. The centre is always clean & hygiene is a high priority. Sick days were a very rare occurrence (which is unheard of in a daycare centre). It’s sad our journey here is coming to an end but I’m so grateful we’ve shared our early childhood years at such a fabulous centre. Thanks for the incredible experience & for treating my son with so much love, care & respect (like he was one of your own). We will miss all of your beautiful faces!!! I cannot recommend Buttercups Hammond Park West enough 💛💙 10/10 Try it out for yourself - you won’t regret it.

I can’t begin to express the gratitude we have for the staff and our experience at Buttercups Hammond Park West. The staff were so warm and inviting making our son feel safe and comfortable in the beginning. Due to moving this was our third daycare experience and by far our happiest our son not only looked forward to daycare he would express the positive learning experiences the educators have continued to give and guided him when needed. Our sons time at Buttercups has come to an end as he is about to commence his Kindy journey however we look forward to using the centre again as this centre and it’s educators are unlike any other daycare.

We couldn't be happier to have found this wonderful daycare center for our daughter. After moving to another country, it was very important to us to find a place where our special situation and our child would be dealt with sensitively, empathetically and lovingly. Anita and her team did exactly that in the best possible way and were amazing. The teachers are very warm, patient, understanding and loving. The orientation was flexible and individually adapted to our needs. As parents, we were always very well accompanied and supported. Anita and the entire Hammond Park West Buttercups team are incredible! From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the kids. Our two girls absolutely LOVE their daycare days. The communication with parents is excellent—they keep us updated with daily reports and photos, which we really appreciate. We always look forward to seeing the pictures at the end of the day! The environment is safe, clean, and full of enriching activities that keep the children engaged and happy. Our girls have learned so much in the 12 months of attending this centre. Earlier this year, one of our twins suddenly developed a life-threatening, incurable autoimmune condition. From the first day since our child’s diagnosis, Anita, Alana, and the wonderful team rallied around our family to help adjust our child (and us) back into daycare when she was ready to return a few months later. They kept us informed every step of the way and ensured that every educator in the centre had understanding, training, and knowledge of the condition. We are so incredibly grateful and touched by everything they did for our family. They went above and beyond.

if I could give 6 stars I would, the team at buttercups Hammond park west have been amazing from day one, In the uncertain time of safety in daycares across Australia, the most important thing for me is feeling safe and comfortable sending my children to daycare and there is no doubt in my mind that my children are safe and being cared for as if they were their own kids.

Buttercup’s West has been an incredible experience and centre for my child, the staff are always so welcoming and accommodating towards all the children within the centre and always go above and beyond to make us feel special. My child absolutely adores all of the staff there and will always talk about them.

Such a beautiful facility and even more beautiful educators. They have all been so welcoming and caring to our little Laney girl. She is settling in so well and it is all thanks to these amazing bunch! Such a sigh of relief from mum and dad. We would not put our daughter anywhere else. Thankyou HPW ❤️

The educators at Buttercups are so wonderful and welcoming for my children and I. They are often telling me about their teachers on weekends so it’s clear they love them too! The centre has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are always happy to help in whatever way they can. My children have thrived here 🥰
