Couldn't fault Goodstart Nirimba! We moved from a 180 place centre that has a director who didn't even know the children's or parents names. Kim (Nirimba Director) has been nothing short of amazing! My boy is always so happy to see her & Miss Niketta as we walk in each morning, they are both so warm and welcoming 🙏 It's a pleasure to see all the children settling in now that they are familiar with the environment and the educators! Keep up the great work ❤️

We’re so in love with this incredible new childcare centre in Nirimba! From the very first visit, we were wowed by the beautiful, purpose-built facilities — everything is fresh, modern, safe, and designed with curious little minds in mind. But the real magic is the amazing team of educators. Every single staff member we’ve met has been warm, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Our two little ones have settled in so beautifully — they’re excited to go each day and come home buzzing with stories, songs, and smiles. We’ve already seen a huge boost in their confidence, social skills, and overall happiness since we transitioned over. The educators go above and beyond to create a space where every child feels seen, safe, included and celebrated. Kim, the Centre Manager is truly the heart of the place — she’s dedicated, thoughtful, and has created an environment that gives us complete peace of mind. The communication from the team is fantastic — we always feel informed and included in what’s happening throughout our children’s days, and that level of trust means everything. We honestly feel so lucky to have found this gem. It’s not just a childcare centre — it’s a second home for our kids, and a community we’re proud to be part of. We couldn’t recommend it more!

I am blown away at the seamless transition our daughter has had at Goodstart Nirimba. I did have concerns being a brand new center however the staff have worked so hard to make a safe and inviting place, it feels like we’ve been attending for years not weeks. We’ve also been so lucky to have the most amazing ECT Miss Tiff. After only a few weeks my daughter is beaming with excitement on kindy days to see her teacher ( this has never happened in her last 3 years of daycare/ kindy). Miss Tiff focuses so much on their family goals and plans & incorporates so much structure & inclusivity. We couldn’t be happier ! Thank you GS Nirimba.

I have 2 toddlers that attend this centre, one having higher needs than the other but that has never been a problem! The staff at this centre have been absolutely amazing, we changed to goodstart Nirimba from a previous centre about 2 months ago and I have noticed so many difference in my children since attending this centre! They have learnt so much more in such a short space of time and have adapted so well. Such a well managed centre and always very clean. Couldn’t recommend this centre enough!

We have been really enjoying our time at Goodstart Nirimba. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and it is such a beautiful centre. We are extremely happy with how things have been going already being a brand new centre and the girls out the front are always happy to help answer any questions we have.

The centre itself is beautiful — the playground and rooms are clean and well set up. However, I didn’t feel a warm or welcoming vibe when entering. Some of the staff, particularly the director, came across as unapproachable and lacking friendliness. It felt like the director wasn’t happy in her role, which affected the overall atmosphere. There are a few lovely and friendly educators, but unfortunately, some have already left, and others seem quite strict or unfriendly. I observed my child playing in the corner and throwing toys on the ground, and one of the educators yelled at them. I don’t believe this is a good way to approach or guide a child, especially in a learning environment. We are now considering leaving the centre, as it no longer feels like a safe or suitable place for our child.

We are absolutely loving our time at Goodstart Nirimba! The educators have been incredibly caring and comforting towards our child. Admin lady and director have been wonderful with assisting us with any questions or concerns we may have. We are grateful for how caring the educators have been with our child and have loved seeing the director out in the mornings supporting the educators and children. The facility itself is great, with spacious rooms and a well sized playground. The breakfast in the morning is a wonderful touch. It’s a big help on ok busy days! Overall, our experience has been wonderful, and we feel very fortunate to be part of this community.

The previous review is so on point I couldn’t have worded it better myself. Other than a beautiful daycare and the few amazing educators that unfortunately are leaving/left or probably considering leaving the centre it’s making it very difficult to keep my child there. We are strongly considering leaving as the environment does not seem best for our child.

The facility itself, including the rooms, meals, and playground, is beautiful. However, I am disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome upon entering each day. The receptionist and director do not acknowledge visitors, and some staff members fail to respond to greetings from my children. This issue extends to the playground, where I observed my child needing assistance and being ignored by not one, but three different staff members. Coming from a previous daycare that was warm and welcoming, with a cheerful director at the front desk, my family has questioned this change on more than one occasion. If this is the atmosphere when we are present, we have concerns about what it’s like when we are not. I genuinely hope to see improvements in the level of engagement and friendliness from the staff in the future, particularly from the director ‘person in charge’, who has an unapproachable attitude and vibe, in which these issues are just unable to be discussed with therefore, resulting in this review.
