Think about why every other centre in the area has a waiting list of almost six months, while this one is constantly looking for new children to enrol. That alone reflects the concerns I raised in my two-star review.

I have been sending my two children to Piptree Eight Mile Plains now for two and a half years. My youngest started at four months.<br>At Piptree you are treated as family. The love the staff have for all the children starts from the minute you walk through the door, the Center Manager (Suraiya) and Assistant Manager (Jas) take time out to ask children and parents how they are, welcoming them, giving stamps and cuddles to the children. My children like to say good morning to Mr. Chris (Center Chef) who will stop to talk to both my children, and get them both a piece of fruit. Just these interactions in the morning makes not just myself, but my children happy. Its the small gestures that make it worth while.<br>All staff greet us, many of the staff remember little things (family visiting, holidays, birthdays).<br>My eldest daughter showed signed of wanting to play dolls, so her educator put it into action with daily activities, this shows me the the educators are there to help the children grow and flourish with the activities they enjoy.<br>My youngest has a lot of energy, and her educator has tailored her daily activities around that so she has time to burn the energy.<br>Any concerns I have ever had have been dealt with professionally and quickly (normally within the day). They encourage toilet training from a young age (youngest is now fully trained by 2.5 years).<br>I wouldn't even be able to write a single favourite member of staff, as they all are amazing, hard working and kind.<br><br>If you are wanting a daycare that puts your child first, then Piptree Eight Mile plains is the daycare for you.

Piptree EL, Eight Mile Plains is a great facility to entrust your children with. The educator’s collectively take their passions, efforts and skills and apply them in a way that not only supports current legislation and regulations, but also promotes learning in play-based environments. As an educator and mother myself, these are elements I look for when putting my child in the care of someone else.

I have nothing but great words about all these staff here at pip tree, Sherri and Suraiya are always so helpful and welcoming. My son is thriving there and I thank the staff immensely for the part they’re playing in his development. I would 110% recommend anyone to bring their little ones there, they’re nothing but helpful and wonderful! 🫶🏼
