Goodstart Eight Mile Plains has been a wonderful place to send my daughter, who attended for more than 3.5years. The staff are consistent, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. My daughter formed great relationships there with both her peers and educators- there is always a diverse range of activities. There is great communication from the centre on a daily basis and I always felt she has been in great hands. Thank you to everyone who works there, I recommend so highly.

Goodstart Early Learning Eight Mile Plains provides a nurturing, home-like atmosphere for children, ensuring a seamless transition from home to our centre. Situated in a residential area near schools and Technology Park, our purpose-built double-centre caters to different age groups with dedicated buildings for Nursery and Toddlers and a Government-approved Kindergarten program.
Our experienced team, with many educators serving over three years, is complemented by new staff, creating an exciting and dynamic environment. Our qualified Early Childhood Teacher has developed strong connections with local schools, supporting children in their progression to prep.
We follow a play-based, engaging curriculum guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, tailored to each child’s interests and strengths, preparing them for school. Outdoor areas feature age-appropriate equipment designed to foster environmental awareness and sustainability.
Our family-centred approach encourages parental involvement in the centre’s activities and ensures open communication between educators and families. This is supported by the Storypark platform, providing clear and consistent updates on children’s progress and achievements.
Community engagement is vital, with regular centre events and activities enriching children’s experiences. State Government Approved Programs
Our high-quality, play based preschool curriculum is delivered by Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our teachers tailor their programs to ensure all children develop the confidence and social and emotional skills needed for a smooth transition to school. They develop trust so the children can feel safe and secure while at the centre. Parents are also encouraged to share their insights and feedback with educators to add depth to the relationship.

I send two of my kids here and cannot express how much we are thankful to the amazing educators and staffs. They are very active and responsive. Really care about each child and make things happen to make life better for everyone. We drive quite a bit to this centre but we do not consider moving anywhere. My kids are very happy and it’s good to see that the staffs seem happy there too which is very important.
