My daughter goes to this centre and this is like her second home. She is genuinely excited and happy to go here and the educators have supported her so well through her developmental milestones. All educators here are warm, compassionate and attentive to her needs and she is thriving with her current teachers- Miss Jigisha and Miss Dimpee. The centre director Chantelle and Assistant Director Renee are extremely friendly and approachable. Overall our experience has been exceptional and we look forward to our daughter’s journey at Kindy at this centre. We highly recommend this centre to families who are looking for a safe and happy environment for their little ones.

We are very grateful to everyone at Goodstart Early Learning Eight Mile Plains.<br><br>When our daughter first started in the Toddler 1 room, she couldn’t speak English at all. As parents, we were naturally worried about how she would adjust to a completely new environment.<br><br>After around two months at the centre, we have seen such a positive change in her. She has settled in very well and now feels happy, comfortable and confident. She is communicating more, playing happily with the other children, and really feels like she belongs here.<br><br>A very special thank you to Bebe, Penny, Usha and Wenli in the Toddler 1 team. Thank you for your patience, encouragement and all the care you have given her every day. We truly appreciate all the effort you have made to help her feel safe, supported and included.<br><br>We would also like to sincerely thank Chantelle and Renee . Every time we see you, you are always so warm, friendly and welcoming. You are always happy to speak with us, answer our questions and make our family feel supported and reassured.<br><br>Seeing how much she has changed in just two months means so much to us, especially considering that she started without being able to speak English.<br><br>Thank you again to Chantelle, Renee, Bebe, Penny, Usha, Wenli and everyone at Goodstart Eight Mile Plains. Among three childcare centres i have known, Goodstart Early Learning Eight Mile Plains is the best one out of all. The educators are very patient and caring for my child. They share little stories of my child when I visit the centre. Sometimes we have parent teacher meetings. In the morning, educators offer to put shoes and socks on my child's feet because my child often takes off shoes and socks in the car. The educators don't mind changing nappies for my child right before I leave the centre to go home though I don't suggest that.<br>My child is happy to go to Goodstart everyday.

I have (intermittently, depending on my children's ages) been a parent at this centre for last 12 years. The high standard of care continuously blows me away. The staff always put the children first, and I’ve never doubted that my children were in safe hands here.<br><br>When each of my children first started daycare, there would be tears. On those days, the staff would take the time to phone me and tell me that my child had settled and was okay. But the teary drop offs never lasted long. Each of my children were settled within weeks.<br><br>The kindergarten program is also exceptional, with teachers that both support the kids with their development AND with school readiness. They also continuously communicate with the parents, providing updates on what the kids are learning and flagging any concerns they have.<br><br>I also love that they provide nappies and food to the kids.<br><br>This is not the only centre that I have sent my children to, but it is by far the best. I pass other childcare centres on the way to this one, but I will never consider another centre for my children again.

I had my daughter attend from the age of two until last year, and my son has been there since he was six months old and is still currently enrolled. It was only after my daughter finished that I fully realised how genuine, caring, and dedicated the staff are — something I regret not recognising sooner. Even after children leave the centre, there is a genuine interest in their continued growth and success as they transition into primary school, which reflects the level of care and commitment from the team. The environment is supportive, safe, and positive, and it is clear the staff truly care about each child and their development. I would highly recommend the Eight Mile Plains centre to any family.

Goodstart Eight Mile Plains is a lovely centre. We always feel welcome. There is a sense of family with long term educators and centre director guiding our children with genuine care. Both of my children have been through the centre and they love it. The team keeps us updated on routines and progress and are just a kind, friendly, caring group of people always going the extra mile to create a safe and fun learning environment.

My older daughter has been attending Goodstart EMP for over 2.5 years, and we recently enrolled our younger one as well. We’ve had such a great experience here. The staff are always friendly, caring, and easy to talk to. Both of our girls are very happy and love going each day, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. We’re really grateful to the team and would happily recommend this childcare to other families.

I’ve been with Goodstart Eight Mile Plains for the past eight years, and both of my children have been cared for there from just 4 months old until they started school. It has truly been like a second home for our family. The staff are absolutely wonderful — warm, friendly, and consistently welcoming. My kids have always loved their educators, and we’ve always felt supported in every way. Whether it was settling in as babies, navigating different stages of development, or needing help with anything along the way, the team has always gone above and beyond. The environment is nurturing, safe, and full of positive energy. Every educator we’ve met has been kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and learning.
