The centre provides toxic Woolworths suncream, processed sugar cookies and treats to children under 2 (in the early stages of brain development) if supplied for birthdays, does not offer their lunchboxes enough times throughout the day and turns children off their lunchboxes by providing other unknown food, which is not Yuka app verified. They have taught him the word “cookies” and “sugar” causing meltdowns in the supermarket.

They do not have a water filter to filter out microplastics nor address it as a concern, dismissing and shaming parents for raising any problems as a defensive PR exercise putting the children’s behaviour or words down to developmental or that I was the problem rather than a centre problem for them to address.

When I complained about my son kissing me when he first started there, I was told it was developmental. I witnessed another child open mouth kiss him shortly afterwards there. He has also told me he has had baths there with other kids. My son also has a permanent scar on his head requiring glue stitches, without adequate explanation.

While I feel conflicted as some of the policies in place have been good, the underlying secrecy regarding food and dismissal culture of the manager and director regarding the other serious issues are highly worrying.

Amazing & supportive staff, super inclusive & just an all round great preschool.
