We have had a wonderful experience with this childcare centre. The front office staff and management team are always so lovely, welcoming, and helpful. They genuinely care about the children and families and are always happy to answer questions or assist in any way they can. The outdoor play areas are fantastic also, very nice.

We absolutely love this centre! My daughter is so happy here and genuinely looks forward to attending each day. The educators are warm, caring and welcoming, and the lovely team at the front desk always greet us with a smile. The playgrounds are beautiful and my daughter would spend all day outside if she could! The meals are fantastic, and the welcome pack we received when starting was such a thoughtful touch. It's a wonderful centre with a caring team, and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

We recently completed a tour of Woodcrest Early Education Centre and had such a wonderful experience that I felt compelled to share it. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt genuinely welcomed. The lovely lady at reception was so friendly and warm, taking the time to ask how my day was and, more importantly, getting down to my child's level to chat with them and make them feel comfortable. Natash then took us on a tour of the centre, and I was extremely impressed. She highlighted so many fantastic opportunities, programs, and experiences that Woodcrest offers children and families. Her enthusiasm and knowledge really shone through and gave us a great insight into the centre's values and commitment to quality care and education. After the tour, I spoke with Melanie regarding some questions and queries I had. Melanie was incredibly knowledgeable and answered everything thoroughly. Her passion for her role definitely showed, and it was clear how much she genuinely cares about the children, families, and the centre itself. Unfortunately, a few days after our visit, our plans changed when my husband's company offered us an amazing opportunity that required us to move interstate. While this meant we were unable to proceed with enrolling our children, I still wanted to acknowledge the positive experience we had at Woodcrest. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies who made us feel so welcome. If we ever have the opportunity to relocate back to Queensland, Woodcrest Early Education Centre will absolutely be our first choice for our children's care and education.

As a parent, I couldn't be happier with Woodcrest Early Education Centre. The sense of community they create is truly special, and it's clear that the children are at the heart of everything they do. The management team is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help with any questions or concerns, making families feel genuinely welcomed and supported. The educators are absolutely wonderful. They treat the children as if they were their own, showing so much care, patience, and genuine affection every day. It's reassuring to know that my child is in such nurturing hands. What stands out most is the extra mile the team consistently goes to, whether it's supporting the children's development, creating engaging activities, or building strong relationships with families. My only minor disappointment relates to the kitchen staff member. On several occasions, I've noticed him going out of his way to provide fruit to a particular child every morning. While it's lovely to see children being looked after and cared for, it can feel a little disheartening when the same gesture isn't extended to other children walking past, at the same time, including my own. It's a small issue in the grand scheme of things, but something that would be nice to see applied more consistently. Overall, Woodcrest is a fantastic centre with a caring team, strong community values, and educators who genuinely love what they do. I would happily recommend it to other families

Communication is a joke at this centre. My child was freezing when picked up. His clothes were all wet,: shoes and socks were soaked. The room teacher claimed she’d only been in the room for a few hours but clearly didn’t know what’s going on. At reception, the employee who wears glasses was incredibly rude. There was no greeting or interaction. Some staff eat chewing gum while working which is a hazard. The manager is very good but she needs to supervise and ensure that the teachers focus on my child’s wellbeing and have good communication skills. I miss the Beth and Sam team. Beth was the first person of contact and she loved to talk sweetly and listen to us.
