It has been great coming in to pick up my son and having a chat to Debbie. She is always welcoming and friendly, easy to talk too. I see how crazy her day has been and it’s good to have that chat to her when I come in. Also good talking to Angelica an Erica my sons teachers. He also talks about Mr Finn and the fun they have in the sandpit. It’s good to see him recently have his Prep interview and pass with flying colours. I am very appreciative of the time my son has spent there over the last 18months. Even with the staff changes he has come out amazing and is ready for school.

Highly recommend this center, the educators are so amazing and helpful i have 2 babies under 2 in the center and they are always so great with my boys and helpful towards myself. The new director Debbie has be soo helpful with the paper work side and getting stuff updated. She is doing a fantastic job. Definitely a wonderful center and the educators are so incredible.

My children attended this daycare for a few years when it was still Play N Learn. It was an amazing daycare but the change in ownership and management has resulted in this daycare to go downhill. They have lost amazing educators due to this. It took me months of emails, most un-answered, to get back money that was owed to me and I only received this money after I had commented on a Facebook page.

Really gone downhill, the behaviours are awful and new management is dismissive.

After attending this daycare for an extended period, I can no longer recommend it due to ongoing concerns. Some educators appear to enforce inconsistent rules, creating confusion for both parents and children. Additionally, one educator speaks to the children in an aggressive manner, which is highly inappropriate in a childcare setting. The new director was unresponsive, taking days to address email, which raises questions about the overall management and commitment to communication. Given these experiences, I strongly advise parents to carefully consider alternative options that prioritise professionalism, consistency, and a nurturing environment for children.

I highly recommend Perfect start Crestmead. This daycare centre is one of the best I have been to. Down to the staff, who are very caring, kind and supportive. Ammenities, which are new, caters to the child’s wants and needs throughout their day and gives many fun options to play. The environment and location are absolutely amazing, walking distance to St Francis Collage is a must for drop off and pick up when you have children at different ages.

I do not recommend this daycare, What they offer that was part of the service, like sending the pictures in storypark, having a folder with my baby artwork, having a good communication in the app, was horrible for me, some days I received pictures of mybaby an other days not, that was the most common not receiving them, by the end they didn't know what happened with my baby artwork, the only gave me from the last 2 months, It's always a lack of communication, I made complaints about what was happening and they said that I was right but never a change just words without meaning, a lot of rotation of the educators, was not a good experience with them.

Excellent staff They’re commutative, welcoming, understand they have no problem adapting to the child’s needs and wants, the centre is amazing I would 100% recommend sending your child to this centre

Choosing a daycare for our child was a big decision, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have found play and learn at crestmead. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by the staff. Their dedication to creating a nurturing environment is evident in every interaction and activity. The facilities at play and learn are exceptional. The classrooms are bright and engaging, filled with with educational toys and materials that spark creativity and learning. It's clear that alot of thought and care has gone into designing spaces that are both safe and stimulating for children. The staff members are truly amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure each child feels valued and supported. Our daughter always comes home excited about the things they have learnt and the friends they have made. The teachers are not only skilled educators but also wonderful role models who genuinely care about the well-being of every child. We appreciate the open communication between the staff and parents. It's comforting to receive regular updates and photos throughout the day which helps us feel connected and involved in our child's daily experiences. Overall play and learn Crestmead has exceeded our expectations in every way. It's more than just a daycare, it's a community where children thrive and grow. We couldn't be happier with our decsion to enroll our child here, and we highly recommend play and learn Crestmead to any parent looking for a caring and nurturing environment for their little one. New centre director Rebecca came on board and is terrible at resolving any incidents. The staff have a high turn over, a lot of the competent staff members have left unfortunately. Lack of communication within the team and parents, complaints are not of their concern and not taken seriously. Do not recommend this centre, they used to be great years ago. They are strict in policies that their staff don’t even follow through with when it comes to caring for your child. Neglecting your child’s needs is apparently okay by them. Also don’t be surprised to get a phone call to pick up your child because they have a runny nose due to their ‘policy’. I am glad my child is not attending here any longer.
