Niharika has cared for our daughter Kiara since she was 7 months old, and she’s done a tremendous job with feeding, playing, and teaching her new things. Kiara absolutely loves going to daycare and always comes home happy and tired. Niharika has also been incredibly flexible with her hours—there have been times when I’ve had to drop Kiara off earlier than her usual opening time, and she’s always been very accommodating.
