My two children recently started attending Kinkin, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve received.<br><br>Like many little ones, both of my children find it hard when I leave, but the staff are so warm and welcoming that they quickly help them feel safe and settled. I always receive an update not long after drop off to let me know they’re happy, which gives me so much reassurance.<br><br>One of my favourite things has been watching both of my children build friendships with the other children. It’s so sweet seeing their little friends excited to welcome them each day.<br><br>The staff are absolutely wonderful. I can’t fault any of them. They keep me updated throughout the day, and if there are ever any concerns or issues, I receive a phone call straight away so I’m always kept informed. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children and communicate really well with families. Since starting at Kinkin, I’ve watched both of my children grow in confidence, learn new skills, and become more independent.<br><br>There is always such a great variety of activities for the children to enjoy. My personal favourite is when they do baking because seeing a tiny toddler proudly stirring cake batter is just the cutest thing ever!<br><br>Thank you to the entire team for creating such a caring, nurturing, and fun environment. While my children aren’t always the most excited about saying goodbye to me at drop off, they always end up having the best day. My oldest, who finds drop offs the hardest, is always so excited to tell me all about their day when I pick them up, and that says everything.

My daughter started her childcare experience quite tough, but since moving her to Kinkin she has thrived and made so many friendships and connections with educators.<br>Drop offs can still be abit tricky but when we return to pick her up she absolutely is full of joy with how much fun she’s had or telling us all the great things she’s learnt.<br><br>Every day I walk into Kinkin they always have inviting/engaging and interesting set ups ready for the kids to enjoy. And my daughter sure loves the playground!<br><br>We love Kinkin and all the educators 🥰

My daughter was attending kin kin she absolutely hated and despised kin kin every morning she was screaming saying no no no to go to childcare which is not like our daughter. She was screaming for us when she would see us coming to pick her up it felt like I was picking up my daughter from a torture ground… the rooms smelt like sewerage the whole centre was not clean and hygienic. My daughter’s water bottle was so hot that I could put a tea bag in it to make a cup of tea. Several times walking in my child was just sitting there watching tv if I wanted my daughter to do that I would just keep her home… My daughter has now moved on to a new childcare and is happy as can be with the place she is now attending. Please this is my warning for any parent to be aware as I don’t know what goes on behind these closed doors but my child will never in her lifetime be stepping through those doors again.. I put a star bc I had to but it’s not even worth a star

We are truly grateful for the care and attention our daughter receives at Kin Kin. The staff create a warm and welcoming environment that makes our daughter feel safe and comfortable. A special thank you to the educators who go above and beyond to make every child feel valued and supported. We highly recommend Kin kin to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and enriching space for their child!
