We are so grateful to all the amazing educators at Swan Academy.<br><br>Before enrolling, we were able to join a free play session to see whether the centre would be a good fit for our son. That gave us so much confidence in our decision. The support they provided while he was settling in was incredibly professional, and they always took the time to make sure he felt safe and comfortable.<br><br>We also received so many photos of him throughout the day, which gave us great peace of mind and allowed us to see how much fun he was having.<br><br>The experiences at Swan Academy are things we simply couldn’t provide at home. There are always exciting events, and the play tables the educators create change every week, keeping the children engaged, curious, and happy. We especially loved the family events, such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day celebrations, where parents could join in too.<br><br>The educators are incredibly flexible, caring, and genuinely supportive. They always listen to families and go above and beyond to help.<br><br>Choosing Swan Academy was one of the best decisions we made for our son. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better childcare centre. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for our family. We will always be grateful.

Swan academy is a great daycare. It has a very nice big room for the toddlers. They have so much space and it is designed beautifully. It is also clean! They have a large outdoor space area with sandpits and plenty of toys.<br><br>The educators are so creative, they make beautiful displays of the activities and themes of what they’re learning for the week. The program for the week is shared with the parents so you know what your kids are learning. They incorporate all aspects of learning in their curriculum. The directors are super friendly and easy to talk to.<br><br>The educators are awesome. They work together and let you know how your child is doing. I’ve always walked in seeing them organised and intentional with the kids. At the end of the day, it can be easy to just let the kids play while waiting for the parents to come (which i’ve seen at other daycares) but no. I love that swan academy actually still have intentional programs to help the kids development rather than just babysitting. Their ratios is good too.<br><br>Meals are in house and has a good variety.<br>Parking is so easy. Reserved parking for drop off and pick up in the Aldi under group carpark and it’s free. Prams can be left there all day.<br><br>They also have reduced fees for when you go on holidays which a lot of the other daycares don’t have.

If we could just rate it more than 5 stars, my child goes to Swan Academy and all staff are very caring and we couldn’t be more than thankful enough. My child learned a lot of things and greatly developed her confidence and social skills. The have a very structured learning while the kids are having fun. All staff are very loving and wonderful with kids. We are so blessed that we found such an amazing daycare/preschool.

We are so grateful for the love, care, and support that all the teachers have given our daughter during her time here. The educators are kind, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. Our daughter has learned so much, made wonderful memories, and always felt happy and safe at the centre. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her early years. All three of my children have attended Swan Academy, Chatswood. Two have graduated and moved onto primary school and my youngest is still there. Let me say, Swan Academy is an absolutely fantastic place for your child to grow and develop. The facilities, the resources and the play areas are really excellent, there's always something engaging and fun going on at Swan Academy that the kids love. But truly, the most amazing thing about Swan Academy Chatswood is the educators and just how exceptional they are. I have never met a group of such sweet, kind, loving, compassionate and dedicated educators in all my years (and I used to be a primary school teacher). Every single person who works at Swan Academy has such a warmth and genuinely cares for every child that attends. If a child needs a bit more attention and tenderness to help them get used to the change of going to preschool, they will ensure your little one is well taken care of. If you're facing difficulties with bad behaviour, as your child is navigating a difficult period, they will work with you to reinforce what you're trying to achieve. It has been such a cooperative and supportive experience sending my three kids to Swan Academy. With a fourth on the way, no doubt they will also get the pleasure of attending Swan Academy as well. If you're wanting the best experience for your little one, with the most wonderful group of educators, Swan Academy should be your only choice. We feel so lucky to have found Swan Academy when we moved to Sydney. My son started attending when he was 2 years old, and now that he’s turning 4, we couldn’t be happier with the care and support he has received throughout the years. The educators are incredibly warm, caring, and attentive. They always provide us with helpful feedback and updates, which gives us so much reassurance as parents. We truly appreciate the patience, love, and genuine care they give to every child they look after. My son adjusted so well in the centre and now always looks forward to his daycare days, which says so much about the positive and nurturing environment they’ve created. Highly recommended to any family looking for a caring and supportive long day care centre!

Swan is a very caring and friendly place. Our daughters have had a wonderful experience there — they have been well cared for and have met many great teachers. The environment is comfortable and clean. We would like to thank Jen, Melody, Alisha, and all the other teachers for the love, care, and support they have given our children.

Swan Academy is such a wonderful place. The team there is fantastic and very supportive. Great environment and lots of activities and events. There is also basement parking which is very convenient for pick up and drop off during bad weather. I couldn’t be happier for my child’s early learning growth at Swan Academy.

We've been attending Swan Academy Chatswood since the beginning of 2022, with one of my children having started school this year and another still attending three days a week. The Swan Academy staff have truly felt like an extension of our family; they have been there to support us through the good times (like welcoming our second child and seeing our eldest off to school) and the bad (sickness and surgeries). The staff turnover at the centre is exceptionally low, there have only been a handful of exits in the 4+ years we've been attending the centre. The food is amazing and is cooked on-site daily. With Sue the chef so accommodating to dietary requirements (my second can't consume dairy and gluten). It always smells amazing and I love that my kids will often have second and third helpings of lunch. The staff at Swan Academy have always been very receptive to feedback and have taken on suggestions I've provided over the years which has always been appreciated. I like the set-up of the centre, with 4 different rooms (0-2, 2-3, 3-4 and 4+) with shared playgrounds (0-3 and 3+). It means developmentally they are being educated at the appropriate level, but have the opportunity to play with peers either older or younger than them. Feedback from Mr Aged 5: When I used to be there, it was good and I liked them. Feedback from Mr Aged 3: When I'm sad they help me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Swan Academy to parents looking for a daycare in Chatswood.
