I think Swan is the best childcare in Chatswood. My daughter went to many childcare centers, but we finally chose Swan, especially because Melody, Anisha, Joanne, and Clara are all very caring teachers.

This school is great, and the staff are so kind, especially Melody and Sonia.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Swan Academy - Childcare/Preschool Chatswood for their outstanding care and support. The team is truly amazing, with excellent supervision and a very professional approach, especially in important situations. They are always supportive and helpful to families, which makes a big difference. In the previous room (Viji Room) there was a very kind and gentle educator who treated my son, Arvin with so much warmth and care. He really loved her. As soon as Arvin turned 3 he moved to the Kangaroo room, where he spends time with Sonia and Claire. Since then, his behaviour has changed significantly in a very positive way. He has become more obedient, shows good behaviours, and has fully learned toilet training. On weekends, he often says he misses Sonia and Claire, which shows how much he loves being there. I would also like to mention Sue in the kitchen, who is incredibly kind to both families and children. She warmly welcomes everyone, takes the children from their parents with care, and guides them gently. The teamwork at the centre is truly excellent. Finally, I would like to thank the director and managers, Jenny and Jessica, for their hard work and dedication. Their efforts are clearly reflected in the high quality of care provided. I have been with this centre since my son was one year old, and now he is three and a half years old. I am very happy with my choice. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a great experience with this centre. Jen is a fantastic director and organises different activities every month, which the kids really enjoy. My child is always happy and excited to go. They also offer speech classes, and we get daily updates and feedback, so it’s easy to see how responsible and caring the teachers are. The staff are very stable, which makes a big difference. All the kids look happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Swan is an amazing childcare center. My daughter has been attending for the past two years since we moved to Sydney as new migrants. She settled in very well and picked up English quickly, thanks to the warm and caring educators. She has grown so much over these two years and has made wonderful friends. The annual events, such as Christmas and Father’s/Mother’s Day, which parents can also join, are always enjoyable. We truly appreciate the Swan team and highly recommend this centre to others!

This is a high-quality school. The teachers are nice(friendly) and sincere, and they attach great importance to children's education and interpersonal development. Here, children can develop their social skills and build abilities. The teachers in the Kangaroo Class are especially patient in teaching the children, and my kid also really likes them. and I highly recommend this school. Therefore, I highly recommend this school.
