This child care centre goes above and beyond when it comes to each child’s needs and wellbeing. Parents like myself who have entrusted these educators to care for my child will know the commitment demonstrated by them on a daily basis to ensure each child’s well-being and happiness. My child still talks fondly about the staff that cared for her. To these people directing negativity and shame without knowing the entirety of this unfortunate although serious incident, think about your part in this opportunity to play the blame game in trying to shame a service that deserves better acknowledgement then one misfortunate error. Also, this incident isn’t about carpets needing cleaning and toys that need updating. And why would you as a parent stating these ridiculous comments continue to have their child attend this day care if that’s how you really felt? Because truth be told at the end of the day you knew your child was happy and well looked after by these educators and not for ridiculous materialistic reasons mentioned in the hope to put as many potential families off from looking into this service for their child/children. A bit hypocritical and sad really. Unfortunately there are key board warriors with too much time on their hands who are getting away from the issue that’s important here, which I’m sure this centre is well aware of and will learn by their mistake, just as we all have had do with mistakes made. If I were to have another child I can honestly say I wouldn’t hesitate to enrol them at Pearsall Child Care Centre again.

In light of recent events of a boy being left on the bus and traumatized from this daycare, I can't help but to be honest from when my child attended. The current manager who is in the acting position isn't friendly, hardly greets parents and isn't happy overall. Shouldn't be dealing with people if you are unhappy and not a peoples person and light hearted. There's a handful of friendly, happy childcare workers who are lovely. The place itself is old and getting abit tacky, inside carpets and other various rooms need actual cleaners to come in and clean regularly and or replace carpets. Deep clean of all rooms and windows. Shouldn't be for the child care workers todo, they are busy enough doing the actual job of looking after kids. The out door areas especially the babies, toddlers is old and tacky the equipment and outdoor settings. Please tour other centres and feel for vibes before sending your little ones.

They left a boy locked on a bus in heat very scary and dangerous!

We are absolutely loving our time at Pearsall Childcare Centre. Our little boy has recently moved into the Kindy room, and every afternoon I pick him up with the biggest smile on his face. The staff across the entire centre are fantastic, and we are so proud of how far he has come socially. The educators provide wonderful play and learning opportunities, and it’s clear how deeply they care for each and every child. The centre is also incredibly thorough with its policies and places a strong focus on safety, which gives us so much peace of mind. We are very happy that our child has begun his educational journey at Pearsall and couldn’t be more grateful for the nurturing environment they provide.

Pearsall Day Care has been amazing for our family. The staff are warm, dedicated, and genuinely care for the children. Our son has been attending for more than a year, and he absolutely loves it. We’re very happy with the service and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. I highly recommend this centre.

Third child in ten years to attend pearsall and still just as great as ten years ago ❤️

These lovely people at this daycare centre have looked after my children since they were little and have always been on top of making sure you are contacted if anything was to go wrong and any messages get to you straight away. They have also been a great help if there was any billing issues a d would be on top of it asap. My boys light up when they see these lovely people and I couldn't ask for better educators.
