I do not think this is a good childcare centre for the following reasons: - constant rotation and abundance of “Agency Educator” types with questionable attitude - lack of records in the xplor app about the day of my toddler - lack of transparency and dubious incident management (i.e. I had to learn from my child that he was beaten by another toddler and none of the educators reported or recorded that, knowingly) I do not recommend it and I pulled my child out of it

I am happy to share my experience with Allison Crescent Early Education Centre, Menai, regarding the exceptional care and treatment of my two children. From the moment we enrolled, it was evident that the long-term educators truly care about the well-being and development of each child. I have had a consistently good experience with the Sutherland Council Services, both Caldarra in Engadine and AC in Menai, not to mention the exceptional customer service at Sutherland Council. The staff are not only professional but also genuinely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming environment that puts me at ease. They take the time to get to know each child individually, which has made a significant difference for my sensitive daughter. I have observed educators supporting the preschool children with pre-kindergarten learning, their focus on early literacy and numeracy skills along with social development is creating a solid foundation for future learning. This happens in small group settings as well as 1:1 instruction. Additionally, the educators have been wonderful with my young son, providing him with the attentive care and stimulation he needs at this stage of his development. It’s reassuring to know that he is in such capable hands. I am always seeing the appropriate staff to children's ratios and the director is often on the floor helping out with transitions and the morning rush. As a parent, I understand that many of us feel stressed and worried about trusting childcare services, especially with recent media coverage highlighting huge concerns in the sector. However, I can confidently say that the Centre's director Nicole goes above and beyond to ensure parents feel their children are safe and well cared for. Her open communication and commitment to transparency provide invaluable peace of mind. Overall, I cannot recommend Allison Crescent enough. The dedication and kindness of the educators, along with Nicole's leadership, shine through in everything they do, making it a fantastic place for children to learn and grow.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Allison Cresent. From the very first day, our family has felt truly welcomed and supported. The educators are not only kind and caring but also incredibly dedicated to the children’s learning and well-being. It’s clear that they love what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with the children every day. Our children have built such strong bonds with their educators, one of our children is now at primary school and still loves to visit to pick up her little sister. The staff take the time to get to know each child individually, making sure they feel valued and encouraged in their growth and development. As parents, it’s such a comfort to see our child excited to go to daycare each morning. We highly recommend Allison Cresent to any family looking for a loving and supportive place for their children to learn and grow.

It says a lot about a childcare centre when child doesn’t stop talking about how much fun they had or what they learnt at home. And that is all thanks to the educators at Allison Crescent Early Education Centre. My little one is welcome with open arms and huge excitement every morning. Throughout the day we get notifications on everything they have been up to. Clear communication about good and bad and The curriculum is fantastic. We are lucky to have a centre like this.

By far the best centre! The educator's and director are always so kind, caring and nurturing! My kids have grown so much from their time at Allison Crescent! They have such a beautiful, caring and fun way of teaching. My kids are absolutely thriving thanks to this amazing centre! Couldn’t recommend enough!

We are so happy we chose Allison Crescent! From day one, the staff have shown genuine care and dedication to our son and our family. Nicole, the director, is exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. She makes a point of getting to know each child and their family, which has made us feel truly valued and supported. The staff are outstanding! They go above and beyond to incorporate our son's interests and strengths into their daily curriculum, making sure he feels engaged and motivated. We love how the staff strive to follow our home routine, making sure everything feels familiar and consistent. Communication is always open, and they are approachable and attentive to our needs. Allison Crescent also boasts a beautiful, expansive outdoor area where the children have access to a variety of enriching experiences. The menu is another highlight—my son loves every meal, and he honestly eats better than I do some days! It’s always fresh, healthy, and diverse. The centre is consistently clean and well-maintained, providing a safe and welcoming environment for all. We receive regular updates about our son’s day, which keeps us well-informed and connected. Our son looks forward to attending Allison Crescent every day. He talks about the staff constantly at home, and it’s clear that he enjoys his time there. After more than a year, we are consistently impressed with how warm, welcoming, and dedicated the staff are. We couldn’t be more grateful for the care our son receives.

Our two children started there in March after moving to the area. There had been a bit of change in our family in a small time, from moving house, moving preschools and we welcomed our third baby in May. All the staff were more than accommodating and ensured all our needs were met. Our boys settled really well, no doubt thanks to the lovely educators who went out of their way to learn their interests and form lovely relationships. If it was a rocky drop off, they will call to ensure we, as parents are settled. They have amazing environments both indoor and outdoor, which our boys love. I value the time, care and support they provide, given I am leaving our precious children with them. I know my children will be well cared for when they are there. We couldn't be happier with our choice in childcare. Our 2 year old started at the beginning of 2022 and was a very clingy toddler. He transitioned so easily into this centre and all the staff were so welcoming and caring. He loves going to preschool!

A wonderful centre, who genuinely care and have such thoughtful and caring educators. They have nurtured and developed my little ones from babies all the way through to the preparation for school. Highly recommend Allison Cres EEC.
