We recently toured Pooh’s Place after it was highly recommended by a friend — and wow, what a breath of fresh air after our awful experience at our previous childcare centre! From the moment Emily greeted us at the door, we instantly felt at home. Every staff member we met was warm, kind, and genuinely caring. All I’ve ever wanted is a place where people care for my kids as if they were their own — and Pooh’s Place absolutely ticks that box! Every child we saw was receiving such thoughtful attention, and it’s clear the staff are completely hands-on and engaged. The centre itself is gorgeous and full of heart. Emily was so informative and lovely to chat with, answering all my questions with patience and care. We can’t wait to see our kids thrive in this amazing environment! 💛 Update: Both of my children have now started at Pooh’s Place and I am genuinely blown away. Every single person—office staff, educators, the chef, and even the extracurricular team—has gone above and beyond to make sure my kids feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. They’ve taken the time to understand my children’s feelings after their experience at their previous centre, and the difference is remarkable. The whole environment feels calm, nurturing, and full of love. You can honestly see it in every child here 😍

Our daughter recently started here in the 3 year old room and we couldn’t be happier. The centre is very friendly, the staff are wonderful and the communication is excellent. Highly recommend .
