Great early learning child care. My child loves it here and Becc and her team are lovely.

We LOVE Inspira Kids Early Learning Centre - Lakelands<br><br>As soon as you arrive the team give you the warm feeling of happiness and security. Leaving your most precious treasured babes is a big deal. Well it was for me. My twins go and have gone since the very first day. Bec the Director is FABULOUS and so accommodating. My biggest appreciation is for the safety and the way they responded when my daughter had an asthma attack. They called an ambulance. Calmed me down and advocated for my baby girl. I drive from golden bay past many centres to make sure my girls get a good environment away from home. The food is amazing too. They even do parent treats hehe 😛<br><br>If fun and love is what you’re searching for Inspira kids is your go to!!!

We absolutely love this centre! It is so well run, and the educators are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the children. They always plan fun, engaging activities for our little one, who is excited to go each day. We couldn’t be happier with the care and support they provide. Highly recommend!

It’s amazing wouldn’t send my child anywhere else

We pulled our child from Inspira Kids Lakelands several months ago and still dealing with the fallout. Despite multiple attempts to resolve outstanding account issues after leaving the centre, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. The lack of follow-through on something as basic as account finalisation tells you everything about how this centre operates. While my child was enrolled, sunscreen was applied in a way that resulted in it getting into their eyes. No incident report was ever filed, I was notified on the day it happened however the center manager was oblivious. This is a basic duty-of-care failure. Incidents involving a child's health should be documented and communicated to immediately. While collecting my child another walked past with sunscreen all over their face another accident waiting to happen. On top of that, my child experienced ongoing bullying that was consistently downplayed by staff. Every concern I raised was met with a breach for identifying the child in question rather than addressing the concerns of the behavior. I was reassured that nothing had happened, yet the behaviour continued. Children deserve to feel safe at their care centre, and staff need to take parent reports seriously rather than dismissing them. I gave this centre time and multiple opportunities to make things right. They haven't. I would not recommend Inspira Kids Lakelands to any family.

We love this centre. It is so well run! The educators are warm and caring and plan fun activities for our bub. It's a beautiful centre with a community focus. Knowing bub is happy and well cared for makes it easier to go to work.

The team at inspira have made my daughters experience incredible! They were very accommodating to her as she warmed up to her new environment and expressed the care and empathy that she needed to feel comfortable, now we have a little girl who is excited to go to daycare and tell us about all the things she did!
