We’ve had such a positive experience at Explore & Develop Lilyfield. Our son started there at nine months and is now 18 months, and he has absolutely thrived. The educators are consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely attuned to his needs. We can see how well they understand his personality and support his development. He is excited to go each day, which says everything. Communication is excellent, the routines are well-structured, and the environment feels calm, safe, and nurturing. We feel completely confident leaving him in their care and are very grateful to the entire team for their ongoing support. Highly recommend!

I have been incredibly happy with the care and support my children have received over the past 4 years at E&D. The whole teams presence truly makes a difference, when they all know each family members name and welcome us all in. It's very evident that the children feel safe and loved. The staff have been there a long time which speaks volumes about the positive working environment and the nature of the centre. I truly appreciate the patience, kindness and attention they give to the children. I am grateful for the consistent quality of care we've received here that have made such a positive impact on the kids. We are really sad to be leaving here but glad we got to experience it.

This daycare is sensational. The staff love and care for our boy and he literally runs to greet them each morning. The engaging activities are well thought out, developmentally appropriate and have really nurtured our little one. We are so sad to be leaving as we are moving areas. There is an amazing cook Sarah on site that makes fresh and nutritious snacks and lunches and a bonus is that nappies and wipes are included, there is also pram parking and a great undercover carpark on site. Thank you to the dedicated educators Connie, Natasha, Charmaine, Prim, Maria, Gill, Emily, Mel and many more! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to help our son get a wonderful start in life.

I am so grateful we selected (and got into!) such a great daycare, not just from an educator and quality of care perspective, but culturally and administratively too. It makes all the difference! My daughter started a couple of months ago and it was evident very early on that the educators truly care and are experienced and well versed in settling children - she was settled in and enjoying herself within just a few weeks. Not only that but being a smaller centre, everyone knows her name (even the kitchen staff!) and I've even seen the office and administrative staff step in to help a busy room/situation. Would highly recommend Explore and Develop Lilyfield.

My 1 year old daughter attended here for a short time and we had to terminate her enrollment after an unacceptable experience we had. When we went to pick her up, we saw that she was swaddled like a newborn and crying, sweating. We were told she was moving a lot. Then we sent a termination email, included their owner in the email as well. We did not receive any explanation or clarification. This seems to be a standard practice here. Better to find a place where the educators can engage with the babies in nurturing practices that support her emotional and developmental needs rather than pacifying them until the pickup time.

My daughter attended E&D Lillyfield from 7 months of age. I was nervous about sending her so young but the centre was incredible - staff so supportive and kind, built trust immediately with both my daughter and my partner and I. We saw so much development in such a short period of time - from her social skills, physical ability (standing and walking) and confidence and it was all encouraged by the centre. Their facilities are clean, spacious and a lovely outdoor area, programs are varied and interesting - even yoga and outdoor excursions for the bubs to the nearby park and rides on the tram, which our daughter loved! Would highly recommend this centre.

We have had two boys come through E&D over a nearly 10 year period and there are educators there who were there the day our elder son began as a baby. The staff are genuine and fun and our experience is that they advocated for our kids and supported them through the fun stuff and the more challenging situations. We will miss the team at E&D as we transition to big school and thank them for the commitment to a safe and fun learning space for our kids.

We've been so happy with the wonderful care and education E&D Lilyfield has provided for our daughter. The educators are engaged, welcoming and nurturing. The admin team and director are equally as amazing, kind and knowledgable. I highly recommend E&D Lilyfield.

We have been so happy with EAD Lilyfield. Our son started in the Joey Room at 8 months old and his first experience with daycare has been faultless thanks to the wonderful educators. They helped him to settle in straight away and worked around his routine so that the transition was seamless. He has flourished in his development and social skills and that is all thanks to the care he has been provided. We could not recommend EAD Lilyfield highly enough.

I honestly can’t recommend Susan and the team at Explore and Develop more highly. My little girl attended from 6 months - 3 years old and she loved every single day she was there. They have an amazing team, great facilities and very comprehensive programming and activities - physical, creative and emotional. Very sad to be moving away.
