Great service exceptional staff good communication highly recommend

If you are thinking of childcare then consider Brighthouse Kilmore the educators and staff are all wonderful and truly care.

They have a great team at Brighthouse ELC. My daughter loves to go to kinder, and see her teachers and friends. After having a not so good experience elsewhere we are glad our child attends Brighthouse

Great childcare centre. Staff is so great, helpful and compassionate. Such a Welcoming environment. The staff is so great always greets. the educators are absolutely amazing. Communication is open and they are always there to help if we have any concerns.My daughter's going in this childcare more than a year. She is so happy with educators and all the staff. The staff is so lovable, kind. Homely atmosphere. Getting so much opportunities to learn and develop new skills. Thanks guys for being so amazing.

I’ve had experience with a few different centres, and the staff in my daughter’s room at this one are truly exceptional. She’s in the Budja (1–2 year old) room, and it’s clear the educators are well-trained and knowledgeable. I’ve been so impressed with how they’ve nurtured her interests — she recently showed an interest in numbers, and within a couple of weeks, they had her confidently counting to 10! The care and attention they give really shows, and I’m so happy with the support and learning environment they provide.

My son has been attending the centre for 3 years. And I couldn’t be more thankful and happy that I chose this centre to love and care for my son, he has learnt so much and came so far! Each and everyone of the girls go above and beyond, from caring for and helping our little people grow! Always smiling faces. Management are absolutely incredible always greeted with a smile and no matter where your child is in the service they’re always included and loved. Thank you to each and everyone of the educators for helping my son grow into the person he is today 🩵 couldn’t speak more highly of a centre!

Brighthouse (formerly Little Steps) has been incredible for both of our children. Multiple years of attendance with through long day care and then through their Kindergarten program. We have always felt supported and communicated with openly as well as our kids always being cared for. I have never questioned my kids safety at this service through all of its changes. While there has been a lot of staff turnover, I don’t think this is a reflection of the service itself and moreso the rural setting and age of a lot of educators. I would recommend Brighthouse everyday.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Brighthouse. The educators truly take the time to get to know each child, their interests and their personalities. It’s clear they genuinely care, which makes it so much easier to feel confident and comfortable leaving my child in their care each day. I couldn’t ask for a better place to support my child’s growth and happiness.

My child has been going for 2 years now and we have been happy so far. You walk into the service and all of the leadership team are so welcoming and accommodating. The kindergarten room provides opportunities for my child to learn and to develop skills so that she will be ready for school.
