We couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives. Piper greets him every morning with such warmth and genuine affection, which gives us great comfort as parents. The entire team is attentive, engaged, and truly invested in the children, always interacting and connecting with them rather than simply supervising. We are so grateful for the love and care they show every day. Highly recommend!

Truely a fantastic day care. All the educators greet all the kids names (even if it’s not their class ) and greet them so warmly when you arrive. The director is very responsive and active in the centre. Highly recommended

We have been a family that has attended new era for over 9 years and both my boys absolutely loved going. So lovely to see alot of the same faces over the years with the staff but also meeting the new staff was just as nice. Everyone was so kind caring and patient with my boys could not ask for anything more I highly recommend new era to any families looking for care for their child.

Over the last 8 years my two children have been at New Era and I have nothing but good things to say about the centre. I have always had comfort knowing they were being cared for by New Era educators and always felt so lucky to have been afforded a place for both kids. There is a very low staff turnover (the same educators that cared for my first child are still there today) and the faces are all so familiar to our family. New Era has created a fun, happy and safe space for my children to grow and learn and I highly recommend them.

New Era was a wonderful choice for daughter for her final 2 years before starting school. Educators are supportive and caring, working with us to support anxiety, separation and confidence building. We are very grateful for their support.

New Era has been both of my kids home away from home since they were 9 months old. Everyone at the centre is amazing both with the kids and communicating with myself and my husband. You can tell just how amazing the environment is by all the kids smiles and the fact that their staff turnover is basically non-existent. The kids love going to New Era, and I always feel comforted knowing my kids have been left in such a loving and caring environment. We decided to keep my eldest daughter there for her last year of 'day care' rather than sending to a separate pre-school and the education and guidance she received in the lead up to 'big school' was outstanding. I couldn't recommend New Era highly enough.
