Even taking notice that she loves dinosaurs and building her a Dino play pit for her first day to make her feel more comfortable. Narin and the other ladies in the room are nothing short of excellent. They really care about the children and I feel so comfortable and happy with my girl in their care. I can not say enough good things about this place.

She is happy to run into her class each day and loves her educators (Miss Monique is my daughter’s favourite person to see each day and has such a kind heart). The educators are also so kind to her which makes drop offs really easy knowing she is in good hands - I have never spoken to an educator who didn’t know who she was just by name and could tell me exactly where she was even when they are not in her class. The director Yasemin and the assistant director Sharnie are always available to any questions and communication has been super helpful. She eats all meals offered to her from the meal plan and has learnt so much already. As a first time mum I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone at the centre, who have been VERY patient which an anxious parent.

The way Narin and the team make ups songs. How Jan and Megan are amazing behind the Kitchen always providing amazing food for our son and having a coffee ready the parents. Jade and Karen so sweat behind the desk ready for stickers on depature. We absolutely love Imagine the Care Cleanliness and structure has made such a difference with our sons life we cannot recommend this daycare more highly.

In the beginning, when we were moving centres, we were a bit unsure how she'd cope, but the educators made her feel comfortable from day one, and she now looks forward to going in.

The staff are warm, patient, and clearly genuinely care about the kids — not just going through the motions. I always feel comfortable dropping her off and picking her up, and they're happy to give a quick update on how her day went. The centre itself is clean and well set up, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into the activities they plan.

A special shout-out to Jessieca, Bryony, Abi, and Leah, who my daughter absolutely adores and looks forward to seeing every day.

As a parent, it means a lot to feel like your child is safe, happy, and genuinely enjoying herself somewhere. Would definitely recommend Imagine Child Care to other families in the area.

Both of my kids attend this centre, and they have completely different personalities, learning styles, and abilities to adapt. The teachers here genuinely care for each child as an individual. Compared to other childcare centres we have experienced, the level of care, patience, and understanding they show is exceptional. They are incredibly accommodating of each child’s differences while still maintaining clear expectations and guidance.

Although the fees are a little higher than some other childcare centres, I truly believe it is worth every dollar. Everyone at the centre—from the front desk staff, the teachers, to the kitchen team—is warm, friendly, and welcoming.

I would especially like to thank Centre Director Sharon and Miss Emma. When my son showed some differences in his learning and adjustment compared with other children, they took the time to carefully observe him over a period of time, documented what they noticed, and then arranged a thoughtful discussion with me. I am incredibly grateful that they invested so much time and genuine care into understanding and supporting him. I think many parents will understand that this level of attention is not something you find at every childcare centre.

They made me feel that they truly care about every child’s wellbeing, development, and individual needs.

A special thank you to Swati. She was always so friendly, quick to help, and made everything easy whenever I had a question. Her support really helped us settle in.

My child absolutely loved the snacks and lunches made by the cook. As a parent, knowing your child is eating well at daycare means a lot.

I also really appreciated how much the centre focused on hygiene, especially teaching the children to wash their hands properly. My child didn't get sick once while attending, which was amazing.

We only left because I changed jobs and the location was no longer practical for us. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed. We're very grateful for the care our child received and would definitely recommend this centre to other families.

The educators are honestly amazing. My girls can find transitions a little tricky sometimes, but they are always so patient, caring and understanding. You can really tell they genuinely care about all of the kids.

My oldest also has speech appointments, so she often gets dropped off later than everyone else. Every time I arrive, all the children are happy, busy doing activities and so well looked after. It’s really nice to see.

We are so grateful to have found such a lovely childcare. Thank you for taking such great care of our girls.

They made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and that positive experience has continued throughout our daughter's journey.

The transition from the toddler room was smooth thanks to the kindness, patience, and support of the educators. When our daughter later moved into the older room, some challenges arose. After we shared our concerns, the team listened, escalated them appropriately, and worked closely with us to put strategies in place to support her. We truly appreciated being heard and involved every step of the way.

Now that she's in the Kinder room, her face lights up every morning when she sees her teachers. She comes home excited to tell us (when she feels like talking!) about the activities she's done and the fun she's had. Seeing how happy, confident, and secure she feels says everything.

What stands out most about Imagine is that you can genuinely see how much the educators and management care. It never feels like "just a job"—they truly want every child to feel safe, supported, and valued. Every member of the team is willing to step in and help wherever it's needed, including management, who have personally supported our daughter through her separation anxiety on difficult mornings.

Open communication and mutual respect are incredibly important to our family, and this is something we've valued from day one. Even when our daughter has made mistakes, the conversations have always been respectful, constructive, and focused on helping her learn and grow. Rather than simply informing us of an issue, they've worked with us to develop strategies that support her development, and that partnership has meant so much to us.

The empathy, kindness, and understanding shown by the entire team have never gone unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication shown by everyone at Imagine. Knowing our daughter is genuinely cared for—not just looked after—gives us enormous peace of mind.
