I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience at Children First Mernda!
Having a 5-month-old and a 3-year-old in care, finding somewhere that feels warm, nurturing and genuinely invested in your children means absolutely everything.
Nisha, the Nursery Room Leader, is just beautiful! The love, patience and care she brings to the nursery is so reassuring, especially when I am trusting someone with my premi baby. It’s those little things that make such a big difference.
My 3-year-old absolutely loves the learning experiences, and the STEAM Studio is such an incredible addition! I love seeing this centre that encourages curiosity, creativity and hands-on exploration. We’re already so excited for the kinder years ahead!
And can we talk about the food?! The meals are absolutely amazing! It’s so lovely knowing my children are enjoying delicious, nutritious food every day.
There’s something really special about a centre where you can see how much thought and effort goes into giving children the best possible start.

I have nothing but amazing things to say regarding Children First, the staff in the centre are amazing, super accommodating and really understanding. I feel at ease leaving my child with her teachers knowing she is safe, cared for and loved. The centre has such amazing facilities, and my child comes home daily with the biggest smile on her face.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this childcare centre, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support my son has received over the past six months. Choosing a childcare centre for your child is never an easy decision as a parent, but I feel so grateful that we found a place where my son is genuinely cared for, supported, and encouraged to grow.
From the very beginning, the educators have been so warm, welcoming, patient, and caring. It means so much to see how they take the time to understand each child’s individual needs, make them feel comfortable, and create such a positive and nurturing environment. As a parent, one of the best feelings is knowing that your child feels safe, happy, and loved even when you’re not there.
I’ve loved seeing my son learn new things, develop new skills, become more independent, and grow in confidence over time. Seeing his progress and hearing about the little things he learns and experiences each day makes me so happy. It’s clear that the educators put so much thought, patience, and genuine care into what they do, and I truly appreciate all the little efforts that make such a big difference in a child’s life.
What I value most is the peace of mind I have when I leave my son in their care. Knowing he is surrounded by kind, supportive educators who encourage his development and treat him with care and respect means more than words can express. I know caring for young children takes a lot of patience, dedication, and heart, and I’m genuinely thankful to the entire team for everything they do.
A heartfelt thank you to all the educators and staff for making my son’s time at the centre such a positive and happy experience. Your kindness, dedication, and hard work do not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate the important role you play in his growth and development. We feel very lucky to be part of such a caring community.

I recently toured the centre and was impressed by the calm, welcoming atmosphere. The educators were engaged, happy, and attentive, interacting warmly with the children throughout the rooms.

One of the main reasons I chose to enrol my girls was the additional educator in the rooms, who provides extra support to both the children and the educators. It was clear that this additional support helps create a calm environment where children receive the attention and care they need.

The educators and management are friendly, approachable, and maintain consistent communication, which gives me confidence and peace of mind. I’m so happy with my decision to enrol my girls and would highly recommend this centre to other parents looking for a supportive, caring, and nurturing environment for their children!

Such a beautiful childcare centre with the loveliest educators! My little one absolutely loves going to childcare and settled into the toddler room so quickly, which made me feel so happy and reassured!

The educators are so caring, patient and genuinely passionate about what they do. I love seeing all the fun and creative activities they organise for the little ones. You can really see how much love and effort goes into making every child feel special, included and cared for.
